Good service and follow up after purchase. We had to do a system reset shortly after install and the on-the-phone technician was able to walk me through the entire process.

Well so far I have no problems. customer service is perfect they are knowledgable and polite I have people checking in to see how my system is and how we are doing with it. Which to me is very nice knowing that they care about their product

I switched from Roger home monitoring to Fluent. The pricing was the main reason for the switch. My sales representative was quite informed on the product and answered any questions I had and alleviated any fears.. The installers were professional and tidy. It was a pleasant experience.The system is responsive and you can get notifications in many ways. So if you are worried about your home or want to do some monitoring of home activity you can.
