Have installed several of these units in apartments and they work wonderfully. Had one issue with one unit and Sam, a lead tech was super quick at responding and dealing with the issue.

Terrible customer service, defective unit, scam and short cuts trying to avoid fixing the issues.Bought a new unit, first shipped missing parts. They replaced parts within 3 weeks. When to commission the unit and there was no refrigerant. Installer put in refrigerant and charged me for it. LTL shipping or local contractors would have cost Senville, more but they have not provided a solution for their product yet and I am left on the hook.- 4 weeks after issues brought to them.Installation was also a nightmare with contractor.

Units were sent with missing parts; I had to buy them the day of installation again and I never got a refund for the missing parts.Fast forward a few months after installation, one of the wall mounted units is making rattling noises.

Quality product and great prices. Wifi connection working well with google home, just: ok google set AC to 22, or ok google turn on AC (before, you have to set up connection Senville with Google)

Excellent quiet unit, I forget it's there sometimes! Impeccable climate control. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Electrician who installed my unit assured me that any problem if so will be taken care of same as sales rep I spoke to. 6 months since installation, unit has been set on auto since and no problems handling 30° or -30°! Almost forgot, very competitive pricing too!!

Stop buying from any AC company. Senville 24000BTU for less than 3000.00$ with installation, what a deal!The customer service is amazing and on top of all this, l can control the Aura from anywhere by using my iPhoneThank you Senville!

Excellent customer service.. I had an issue with the noise from compressor after 2 years. Senville replaced the entire unit under warranty for me. Great job guys !

Very reasonably priced. Fast delivery. Tech said it was easy to install and all the parts needed and more were included. Works great!!

new-ish split unit (outside warranty) threw E3 Error. Contacted senville support.They told me to buy a fan motor. sent me a link to buy it.They never told me it is impossible to take the unit apart to install the fan motor because there are multiple copper pipes directly in the way.also sent me instillation guide for wrong model with wrong diagrams for install.When i asked for a referral to a company to do the work they closed my ticket and never responded.Never do business with senville. everything is garbage plastic and customer service is useless.I am open to changing this review if something actually gets resolved to make this thing work.so far Im out the cost of the unit, and extra parts they convinced me to buy. and lets not forget the crazy expensive shipping.
