Vogue Optical

I had a delightful experience at the White Oaks Vogue Optical in London today!! Everyone was friendly & helpful & eager to please!! We came from Woodstock for lunch & a little trip to the mall. I was so fortunate to be able to get a walk-in appointment for an eye examination with the Doctor! They could even order me the pair of Oakley’s I had my heart set on!! They even take the time to direct bill which was a nice surprise! Great staff, great service & great selection!! They have tons of name brands - something stylish for everyone! So glad I visited this place - I’ll keep my eye on it :)

Amazing experience. They have exceptional customer service. Dr. Polczynski is very good at what he does. Perfect fit for families needing eye care. Dr. Polczynski is so good with my two young children. He is also very knowledgable and you can tell he really cares.

Great optometrist! Dr. Alex fully explained everything and made sure my eyes were in working order. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a fantastic experience two days ago. So I had an appointment that I booked a month ago with another neighbor clinic, I had to leave my last period at school and wait in the extreme sun for 48 min for the bus and rushed to the location to make it on time to eventually get surprised with a rejection since they don’t admit my refugee legal ID that I use everywhere since I have no health card.I do respect their system but I should have been told that earlier while booking. Anyways I was already tearing and I entered Vogue Optical as and I asked if they will be able to help me with an urgent care since My eyes were burning; they didn’t take long, and a very nice lady which I believe was the manager told me that they will try to squeeze me in today and they did! And I got my diagnosis in less than 15 min with Dr .Alex which went great and was very helpful!They did help me when I needed and showed a great customer service with a great medical service. Kindness in my opinion is the key that makes them special. thank you for everything ♥️

I had a great experience at Vogue Optical at White Oaks Mall. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Michelle was amazing, friendly and patient. She helped me a great deal and it’s the only place that could order concussion glasses.

Great service, lots of choice, price ranges from low to high dependent on your selection. Offers many extras and these are priced competitively. There is even a very good Optometrist on site. Caught the Glaucoma missed previously in another town.

Jason Norman is the best optician I've ever had. My least favourite thing about wearing glasses is choosing frames. Not only did he pick a perfect pair for me, but he picked two!He took the time to study my face, asked all the questions he needed to, and found the best two pairs I've ever had. He was so kind and patient, adjusting then several times for the perfect fit.I highly recommend this Vogue Optical location, just for Jason alone.

Doctor Alex Polczinski is a great professional, who has a genuine interest in providing a great service to his patients, answering all questions, being positive and patient, even if an additional consultation is required at no charge.

Horrible customer service! When I left my glasses for repair I specifically asked them if I could trust my case with them. They assured me that it would be fine. However, they managed to give my case away to someone else during the 48 hours that they had my glasses. A case may seem like a small thing that can be replaced, but I was assured that I could trust my personal things with the staff of this store. Clearly they cannot keep track of personal items and should not be accepting cases when they take glasses for repair.

I would highly recommend Dr. Alex to anyone with young children and to anyone who is looking for a optometrist. He took the time to explain the things he was looking for and was very professional. Overall a great experience every time we see him!
