Great pizza. Ordered 3 large for a party. It's kind of pricey but it was all gone so that should tell you how delicious it was.

Our server, Brad, was very helpful with our questions. His service too was outstanding. Beer was cold, and the pizza was fabulous. Highly recommend visiting the location. Ask for Brad!

The pizza was perfectly done on how we requested it. The service was great, not a long wait. Only suggestion, ask for no ice in drinks. It really watered down the otherwise delicious drink.

Doesn’t even deserves one star. We went there at 10:10pm the lady who is at the front got extremely upset when we entered , we could read that from her face that she doesn’t wants us to be there. They said they couldn’t serve us because they did their last call. I mean if the closing time is at 11pm why they stopped serving at 10:10pm. Please update the information change it to that “dine-in” closes at 10pm so that the people would know. The lady who is on the front was very unwelcoming. Please show some good customer service values. At least try to smile and welcome your guests. It seems like everyone wants to go at home at sharp 11pm thats why they stopped serving at 10pm. awful experience. Mostly because of the bad customer service.

They say, they are one of the best premium restaurants chain. Where they serve hairs in their food and dont care about customer satisfaction at all.. I went to boston pizza on Sunday with my friends, ordered food and found hair in our pizza. I have picture of it. We called the manager and show him that, he said i will give you the another one and will not charge you for that. We were fine and waited for it. In the end while asking for bill, we saw he charged us for pizza and put 50% off on another pizza (which was more cheaper). When we asked them, they said “Oh sorry, that’s what our manager said, or i dont know if this is any confusion’’ Are you serious??? They guys serve customers like they dont care about customer satisfaction or retention at all..

My nephew went to BP for his 19th birthday today! Big 19!!! The server AND manager refused to serve him alcohol, because his birthday falls on a leap year which is NOT this year, therefore his birthday is Feb 28th. They said come back tomorrow, which is MARCH 1st!!!!!! A whole different month. Absolutely ridiculous. He’s a good kid and was just trying to go out and celebrate with his friends, and you embarrassed him. The front of the license ID card says Feb 29th, but the back of the card says, NOT 19 until Feb 28 2023, WHICH IS TODAY, and because there is no Feb 29th this year, they refused to serve him!! Way to ruin a teenagers birthday. You only turn 19 ONCE. Also, to find out from the girls that were with him, that the staff was really rude to them even after they decided to stay and just eat. You will never see my family step foot in your restaurant again.

Best Boston Pizza i when to in N.S Great food. Love the atmosphere. Nice people. Food was good the wings are delicious and they're poutine isn't dry and you get a big portion. Way better experienced @ the Sydney one. then the one we went to Halifax. Always good food from this place never hit a bad day yet. Keep up the good work

The food is fine but too salty, except that, really good. Very kids friendly, kids menu comes with drink and dessert. My kids love to go there.
