The project was presented in a very professional manner which made me to decide to go with Solar, Mysolar was very responsive from the beginning to the end, provided as much information as possible. They followed up with all associated parties to get the project done in a timely fashion.

I’ve always been interested in Solar but never took initiative to look into it further. MySolar had some installs in our area and one of the advisors came to knock on my door and ask if I wanted a free solar design for my home. I’m happy I took the leap of faith and said yes because it was an extremely smooth process and with the addition of a heat pump my house is now competely powered by the sun!

The technicians do a good job but the company is really bad at communicating. They send you emails saying the booked people to work on your house when you aren't home and without your permission. They then try and back track on the phone well you call to tell them not to send anyone until you are back in the country.This is very unprofessional.Update: they also don't return voicemails.

I dealt with Cody and he was absolutely wonderful! I honestly had never thought about solar until a Mysolar representative came by my neighbourhood to inform us on the benefits of going solar and offer us a free solar design. After seeing the numbers it was an absolute no brainer to go solar. Especially with the interest free loan and rebate, probably one of the best investments you can make. I also replaced my roof with one of their roofing partners and got a great deal. Couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend looking into it.

Both Fahad R and Jessica have been a pleasure to work with. They answer all my questions or find out the answers.They just finished installing my 5kw system and I love how you can barley see the critter guards, cables are tucked neatly, and the panels where very lightweight.I would highly reccomend mySolar if you want high quality work

I couldn’t be more satisfied with these guys. Just had my installation done last week, and I knew everything going on every step. I’d choose this company again and hats off to their team, I’m in customer service and speaking with the office was always a pleasure… gotta give credit where it’s due, GREAT JOB! And thanks to Steve for being so helpful with everything and getting our roof redone!

Fahad and Jessica have been amazing with support and communication . From the beginning they have kept me in the loop with updates on the project and what to expect and when roughly to expect them. I have a 3.5kw setup and I am super excited to having essentially no hydro payments. Saving money and the earth!
