Sal is phenomenal to work with. He is professional and clearly very capable. He is a perfectionist with great attention to detail.I had a variety of issues with my home's doors, including malalignment, finicky door handles, inadequate clearance above for overdoor hooks, inadequate clearance below for rugs, gaping weather strips, etc. He worked late into the evening to make sure that all my issues were resolved to my satisfaction.He was very transparent with the costs. He always gave me the best option versus the cheapest option, so that I could decide for myself how I wanted to proceed.Very pleased with the services provided. Highly recommend!

Sal replaced an oval-shaped outdated glass pane with a larger rectangular glass pane in our entry door. The glass pane he provided is exactly what we were looking for, he installed it and the end result looks great! We also asked Sal to replace the door hardware with a new set we purchased and he did it well and in very little time. We were very happy with Sal’s professional attitude and his honest advice. He are already working with him again to have our French patio door glass panes replaced.

I called Vancouver Door Doctor because I had a bi fold door that had come out of its tracks. Despite my best efforts I could not get the door back in the tracks and my amateur attempt to do so only resulted in causing damage to my hardwood flooring.Salvador replied to my online inquiry promptly over the weekend and was able to come by on Monday. He was able to repair the doors - no attempt to upsell me to install new doors, which I appreciated. While onsite , he noticed an issue with the transtion piece between living room and bathroom, and fixed it for me... no extra, separate charge, all combined in his time charge. I am very confident in recommending this company, for prompt, professional, friendly service.

Sal was very responsive and able to come fix our pocket door as well as adjust other uneven doors in our home. He is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Sal helped us install new front and back doors. He was great and very patient in showing and explaining options to us. The workmanship of the install was excellent; they look beautiful and I have never felt doors open and close so smoothly! We did have a minor issue with the fit of a storm door at the back, but after we let Sal know we weren't happy with it, he removed it and even took the effort to get us a full refund for the storm door from the supplier. All in all we love our new doors and are very happy with how everything turned out!

Salvador did a great job. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. He explained everything that needed to be done and made sure I was happy with the door before he left. Installed door casing & weatherstripping, repaired bifold & exterior door lock and repaired French doors that wouldn’t close due to frame not square. Sal removed the casings, repaired the frame and doors leaving beautiful patchwork ready for painting. Sal is easy to work with, knowledgeable, detail oriented and provides quality work. Also, highly professional. There was an issue with a door not closing after completion and Sal came from Hope to South Surrey to repair it. I would recommend Sal.

Competitor wanted to replace my entire door and there was nothing wrong with the panels. Sal got new hardward and refurbished my old door so that it functioned like new. Saved me $400, parts arrived quickly and he came and did the job on the spot. Oh, and he fixed my front gate for absolutely FREE. Friendly, honest and good quality work 0 - highly recommended.
