Horrible place to get nails done! Very sloppy work! Do NOT recommend

Disgusting! I went two times there it was okay before but today some other lady did my nails and I asked her to take off my fake nails and wanted to keep my real and just get them painted! She cut off my original nails and refused me on my face that she didn't cut them! Also! The nail colour did not match at all what I showed in the picture! When I told her that I don't like it she cut my nails uneven and too short she just rushed me for the payment! Later I called store hoping I would complain to some other person but then they refused to get my problem solved and didn't ask to refund as well! Rude behaviour ! Very bad customer service ! Will never recommend!

If you wanna waste your gas, time, money and disappoint yourself then go to this salon. I would recommend it to people who hate me LOL. Poor service. The workers behave poorly and are so rude. Only one worker is nice. But yeah don't waste your time going there trust me.

Showed them a reference picture and they asked if shape and length were good before putting on the gel. Afterwards their work was sloppy and rushed, cut 3 of my fingers from filing too fast. Nails looked nothing like the picture and are all unevenly shaped and lumpy as well as the gems. First and last time I go there. Has only been a week and half the gems fell off and 2 nails broken.

I just started using Vicki G's in the last 6 months frequently. I have never had an issue with their services. They are always accommodating and get you in asap. Everyone is very friendly and I enjoy coming here very much to get my nails and pedicure done! They are fast and try to make sure you leave satisfied! They have amazing colors and techniques and I simply love coming here for my pampering! I will continue to come here and recommend to all my lady friends! Thank you!

Severely messed up 2 of our eyebrows right before Grad pics smh. Worst fn experience ever. Then she tries to justify that our eyebrows were already messed. Excuse you we had them professionally shaped n waxed a month n half before that its just that we couldn't make it to Moosejaw to have it done from real professionals. Clearly this place botched their certification aswell. They do great on nails. Never get your waxing done here. Shes dirty n doesn't do the cleaning steps. Left wax all over my face.

I got my nails done there a little over a week ago, today one broke. I went in and they fixed them right away with no charge. Was able to match the colour. Good job.

Came here twice so far, brought a friend and my mom. Both experiences were great, the customer experience was so nice and friendly, the prices are very good. They try their best to accommodate when you bring pictures to them. If you communicate your needs and be clear with what you want, you will most definitely get a good set of nails. They don’t get angry or upset at you for speaking up if you notice anything you don’t like. They definitely will fix your nails if you ask them, as I seen them do so when a girl walked in saying she broke her nail. I definitely would have gave 5 stars but only giving 4 due to the cleanliness, it could be cleaned up a bit more, specially at the nail tables. I would recommend people to come here as I have had pleasant experiences both times. I love my nails every time I leave.
