My car battery died because I left the lights on in my car lol, so I went here as recommended by BCAA to get the battery recharged and make sure everything was OK.They charged me $60, including a fee for purchasing a part even though I didn't actually purchase a part because it was in the computer system and they couldn't change it. They also told me that the battery needed to be replaced, but I had just gotten it replaced less than a year ago so I took it to the original mechanic who replaced it and they said that the battery was completely fine. My original mechanic also looked at it for free, and told me that they generally don't charge anything to charge a battery, so it was weird we were charged $60.Anyway, not sure if they were trying to scam me or what, but I wouldn't recommend this place as it seems like we were ripped off. Be careful with mechanics y'all.

We have taken our RAV to Alex a couple of times now. He is always great to deal with. He replaced our brakes under warranty and noticed we needed transmission service and took care of this for us. Although we have only dealt with him a couple of times, we have found Alex to be honest and responsible, with very fair prices. We would highly recommend Alex.

I had a positive experience here about 6 months ago so I tried to come back as a repeat customer, and unfortunately it seems they’ve changed ownership or management. Guy I spoke to initially on the phone was rude so I went into the shop hoping it would be better; but unfortunately not. Can’t recommend based on my most recent experience.

I got an inspection for the car sales here. I paid almost $200 for inspection, but it was all about getting a checklist of inaccurate content on paper.Even though there was little cooling water, washer fluid, and power steering fluid, it was determined and checked as normal, and it was not filled or reviewed.And give an inaccurate vehicle inspection report. It is too wasteful service to pay a high cost.They have no expertise in vehicle inspection and are expensive, and have no responsibility for vehicle inspection.I don't intend to use it again.For vehicle inspection, please use another place.

Absolutely hands down my best experience so far. Satish, Amir and Ali were all very friendly and professional. I was accommodated on short notice for a resonator delete for my Shelby GT350 and the price was fair and very reasonable. My go to place moving forward for a friendly and reliable mechanic shop.

I came in asking for an alternator replacement. The guys here ran diagnostics and informed me that it was unnecessary.Instead of taking my money they chose to be honest and genuinely helpful. Really great people, and that’s hard to find.I left that shop with a fixed car, and a new go to mechanic for little to no cost.

Alex and his staff at 128 auto are honest, reliable and very good mechanics. I’ve brought out last 4 vehicles there (all imports) and have always been satisfied with the pricing and service. He often gets me in on short notice, and communicates well with any issues.

Excellent service! No wasted time, friendly staff-they made sure I was comfortable while waiting, loved my little dog, kept me apprised of the situation and details concerning my vehicle, got my go-ahead every step of the way. Got an oil change, alignment and a/c recharge. Staff was friendly, quick, and very communicative about my vehicle. They let me know of some things that are getting close, and ended up needing less work than I was originally cautioned about (alignment issues). Prices were also better than the rest of the Shops around!
