I love the atmosphere at Karmaste, spa like feel was inviting.I had a great massage with Toni, and she went over and above to make sure I was comfortable and to make sure I got the most out of my treatment.

I found Karmaste to be an excellent place to get a massage. Their online booking system was super easy to use. The clinic itself was very clean throughout (very important right now, of course), and the rooms were inviting and comfortable. Their large rooms helped with the comfort, I have been to other clinics which felt like they put you in the biggest closet they had - not here!Brianna, who I saw, was very knowledgeable - I felt like I got a lot of value from her expertise, she provided insight in to how and why my pain happens, as well as how to avoid it in the future (her answers weren't just more massage).All around a great massage, I will be returning here for the foreseeable future.

I have been a client of Nancy's for several years and have followed her from her previous location. I attended earlier this week after not having a massage for a long while due to the pandemic and goodness did I miss her!! She is a very kind, calming and giving person. She is intuitive and the best RMT I have encountered. Whether I have needed to decompress or a had a specific injury to address, I leave feeling much better than when I arrived. The Karmaste location is clean, pleasantly decored and quiet.

The massage rooms are pristine and comfortable.Communications are answered in a speedy manner. The staff are all highly qualified and are a great team.I would totally recommend visiting this business. You will not be disappointed!

If you need a great massage, this is the place to go! I have been coming to see Kendra for a while now, and she is consistently amazing. As you walk through the door, you notice how clean and organized it is and VERY calming. Online booking makes it very easy to find the right day and time for you. I highly recommend this place.

I had seen Kendra for reiki before & followed her here to try her massage services. The studio space is very clean & welcoming, they have a shoe rack & slippers as you arrive to keep it tidy. The washroom is also nice & clean.Her treatment room is cozy & inviting, the blankets keep me at a good temperature & she ensures I'm comfortable before she starts. Shes very thorough & gives a decent amount of pressure & just a little pain, or maybe that's just me because I wait too long in between visits HahaOverall the service provided by Kendra is professional, polite & personalized to your specific needs, I can't wait to come in & see her again soon!

I've been a longtime client of Kendra. She always provides excellent service and she is very personable. Her new location at Karmaste is very clean, with large rooms, and is easy to find just north of The Enjoy Centre. The Covid protocols made me feel very safe.

Amazing! As a hygiene student I have areas of concern that have been so well addressed by Kendra over the last couple of months, and I have noticed great improvement in how I am feeling! Definitely consider booking here if you are in need of a massage or cupping. She has performed both on me and I feel so lucky!
