Waited almost 2 1/2 hours for a plumbing issue, trying to coordinate with a tenant and was consistently given unclear timeframes

As an old employee for 14 years! I can say Naylor has gotten better,... as in safety. When I got an electrical shock, 347V across the chest all my foreman, Andrew, at the time did was correct me on the voltage.... not asking if I was alright or if I needed medical attention.Also they let appreciates work in live 600V equipment with no protective gear.... and this is a top rated company??

Driving to work this morning van number KD 8081 on the tag was very unprofessional in a company vehicle following me way too close not only that I was driving over 80 mi an hour to get him off of my but he had plenty of time to move over continued to flash his lights at me and honk his horn turn his bright lights on I don't know who he is or what kind of morning he's having but he needs to back off because that does not look good for the company he works for

Kelly and Chris were extremely helpful when I was having trouble with my condo PTAC (heating and AC cooling) unit. Many companies told me my unit needed to be replaced so I called in looking for a replacement quote. During a quick visit to look into the specifications of the unit I would need, Chris was able to identify a very simple and cost effective fix to my current unit that no other company suggested. Thanks to their insight, I was able to save myself from buying a new unit that would likely not have resolved the issue I was facing. They definitely went above and beyond when helping me. I'm extremely grateful for the help provided and I highly recommend this company!

SCAM ARTISTS!! WORST COMPANY & SERVICE EVER! Lady who answers the phone is so rude and has zero customer service skills. They sent out a technician to inspect my 10 year old unit and I was told I had to replace the unit completely for $3,000+ dollars. I called another company to get a second opinion and was told my wires had been switched and that was the reason I was getting heat in the summer and a/c in the winter. Naylor was the only ones to inspect, take apart and do work on my unit. Don't waste your time OR money.....

Horrible service. Had to intervene when they left elderly parents in the heat for three weeks. Would not return calls or provide prompt service. When they finally showed up, they didn't have the necessary equipment on the truck (all the system needed was a charge of refrigerant), they had to reschedule and come back the following week, then double charged for two diagnostics.Avoid Naylor Building Partnerships at all costs.

Chris, Laura and Kurtis were excellent and provided great customer service. They immediately detected the issue and resolved it.Would hire them again.

Matt, our service technician arrived promptly in the morning to service our heating system in condominium suite on the third floor. He was very professional, courteous, and informed us of what he was going to do. He always knocked before entering our suite, and he replaced our old thermostat with a modern, digital version, which my wife and I were very happy with. Naylor services our entire condominium and they are the best!

Every person that we interacted with at Naylor, from the technician to billing, was extremely helpful and understanding. Special shout out to Bill who went above and beyond.
