Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites Kamloops

Gosh this place has completely taken me aback, so much so I had to write a review. Considering how much they charge, this place is a STEAL!!!. The boss lady Raman was an absolute legend, taking care of check in easily and making everything super simple. The room is perfect, the heating/cooling are perfect, there is a kitchen, the shower has awesome pressure and all in all there is not 1 single complaint I can even make!!!! Please if you are coming to Kamloops give this place business because I can tell that they work hard and deserve any business they can get. Thank you for making this stay amazing.

A friend suggested that we stay at the Canadas best value Inn Hotel. When we were heading to Kamloops and we were not disappointed with our stay here. Right from the entrance to our room everything was very clean and the staff is amazingly friendly here. Our room was very spacious and clean. We will definitely visit this place again and 100% recommended.

Spent a night here passing through town. Older motel. Some renovations done in my room. Staff friendly and helpful. Neighbourhood is a little rough. They do their best to keep up the property and provide a nice stay. Great price for the time of year.

Canada's Best Value Inn & Suites in Kamloops offered a comfortable and budget-friendly accommodation option. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. The hotel's staff was welcoming and provided excellent customer service. Although it may not have all the frills of a luxury hotel, it provided a pleasant stay at a reasonable price.

Do not waste your money here!Where do I start? The building was in a dirty shoddy condition for starters...then we unlocked the door to our room to be greeted with the stench of urine and smoke and mold. ( Apparently it was a non smoking room?) It went downhill from there... Floors were dirty...the bathroom was dirty...only had 2 small towels in it. The toilet paper holder was broken...the walls had stains on them. The linens on the bed were all wrinkled and looked like someone had slept in them. Unfortunately for us we had been all over town looking for a hotel and everything was booked. So we were stuck staying there... The next morning I went to the office to talk to someone about this bad situation...the manager wasn't in...and the man sitting behind the desk had nothing to say other then he was sorry. I left my number with him asking that the manager call me.. this was last week. No one has called me yet. So disappointed in the way it's been handled. Will never sleep at any of the hotels in this chain again. Disgusting....

Excellent place to stay. Clean, quiet, friendly efficient service from staff, and great affordability. Had shopping and food all within walking distance.

The only hotel that was close to the hospital and helped us out last minute without reservations. My family member wanted to be close to the hospital to visit his dad before he past away but he didn't have a credit card and let me use mine for his accommodation which most hotels don't usually like or allow but un our circumstances they were an amazing help and friendly too.The room was clean and stocked up no issues at all, lots of parking available and close to the downtown area. I would recommend this hotel because they were so helpful and took my family member in without any notice.

I'm not sure who is righting these reviews, I'm assuming it's the people who own the Hotel.Here is the truth, the hot water is hit and miss. You turn the tap on and you wait almost ten minutes for the hot water to show up. The parking is absolutely deplorable, and the residence challenged and people with substance abuse issues wander around the parking lot at all hours.I worked all day in 36 degree heat and all I want is a shower, however, I was just informed that the laundry machines in the hotel have broken down and it will be at least two days before towels are available.DO NOT book a room here!!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was also great, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Fair value at times, though seemingly willing to cancel reservations in order to rent room for a higher rate. I've got caught twice now. I was told there was no more availability both times. Both times there was availability online for a higher rate than my quote. Seemed a slimey to me. Have a backup plan. Make sure your booking is emailed to you.
