I used an AGR closer to my old home for over a decade and did not know what to expect when I moved to my new house and tried my local AGR and working with Joe. I was so happy to see that he is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers and that they get a safe reliable ride. I have now been going to him exclusively with both my cars for over 2 years. His rates are highly reasonable even compared to some of the smaller shops in the area. Thank you Joe for your professionalism and care!

I always love coming to this Active Green and Ross, they do all my vehicle work. Joe and staff always make ya feel like family. They do amazing work in a timely fashion and constantly keep you updated. There is never any pressure to perform tasks and they are so knowledgeable.

Called in for an emergency brake line leak. They were very friendly and cool on the phone, gave me directions and promptly inspected the vehicle. I got email notification with a report and actual photos of what was wrong with the vehicle. They kept in touch over the phone as well. Definitely will be doing all services and repairs to all my vehicles with them from now on! If could give them 100 stars I would. 100% recommend them.

Joe and his team provided a professional and amazing service, Joe explained in a very professional manner how they will test and diagnose the cause of the electrical charging problem in the car, and recommended the proper repair solutions, cost and time required. The repairs were completed in a timely manner as promised and a report was provided with the test results after the repairs. I would absolutely recommend this automotive repair shop (#1150 Active Green Ross). Thank you, Joe, and your team for the professional repairs and the amazing customer service.
