Had some major concerns about mould growing beneath our mattress & carpet. We have called upon Sean Moss of Mold Insight several times over the past few years to help investigate leaks and mold related issues.Recently, we had a small leak develop around our deck window frame. Sean was able to pinpoint the exact location of the leak in the roof by using his moisture meter and Infrared camera to trace the path of the water. Sean’s quick assessment and advice was invaluable. We were able to have the leak repaired quickly, saving money and aggravation.
