Kay Four Properties
Rent is more than what the building is worth or offers in amenities, neighbourhood is quiet but neighbours in the building aren’t. Hallways stink. Parking lot leaves much to be desired, not worth $25/mo for a spot that barely fits small sedans and coupes. Costs $5.00 to do one load of laundry and there’s only one washer and dryer per floor. Other tenants in the building are rude and have no courtesy for others.

Building manager ***Eve*** is so nice. Shoutout to her. She don’t work 9-5pm instead she works 24-7. She is so nice. She always helps everyone
