POOR customer service: Purchased photos for visa application, pictures were not accepted on official US dept. of state website due to poor quality. Royal printing would not replace the photos taken without payment. NEVER GO THERE

Highly recommend for quick and easy fingerprinting services. I walked in and waited no more than 5 minutes for the customer ahead of me. My fingerprints are always hard to scan digitally, but they were patient and took multiple scans to ensure the prints were perfect. Great customer service, even provided an envelope for easy mailing.
