Delivered extremely dirty washing machine & dryer. Punctured the water hose when pushing the washing machine into its place and left the machine on leaking water everywhere in the apartment. They left without fixing the damage they caused and are yet to show up to repair. With the failed delivery/installation and lack of cleanliness I would never recommend/use their services again

I upgraded a stove for my tenant at this location had the store deliver and remove my old stove in the price. store has inexperienced delivery men while removing old stove they pulled on the cable on the backside of the stove and broke the wall outlet plug where the stove connects to. Called manger and she spoke very rude and will not take any responsibility and started denying it. now I got to get plug fixed out of my own pocket. if I knew I would of bought brand new instead of their junk.

Fair variety of choices, bought a laundry centre for my basement (stackable washer/ dryer). The in-store staff was friendly and helpful. They delivery staff were awesome, they came the very next day, removed the old machines and installed the new machine. The delivery staff were efficient and careful. I spent less than half of what it would’ve cost me in store and they give 1 year warranty for parts and labour. So glad my mother recommended them! Would highly recommend to others !!!

Regarding their delivery driver(he or she drunk)This truck of c & v appliances almost hit me around 12:30pm on 29dec2021 when its taking 427 north from 409 west. I was driving truck with loaded 53’ trailer and i was already on 427 northbound ramp and then i saw this truck, just cut me superfast from left shoulder. I honked at him and chased him to get this above picture, i don’t know about your services or business. But, pls solve this issue whatever you can and let him or her know who was driving. I was superactive that time Thats why this huge accident avoided.
