Shout out to Khol for all his hard work in helping my family get into the perfect home for us. He was extremely quick with responding, even late at night. Very helpful and answered every question I had. We have been struggling for months to find a more suitable rental for our family and kept having no luck. Khol believed in us and got us into the place we fell in love with. Highly recommend him to anyone out there looking for their perfect home!

My initial experience with Orangelist was a bit rocky until I had reached out to their newest agent Erin regarding a property! Erin is incredibly quick when it comes to communication, she is efficient and kind! She helped my friend and I find a unit immediately and helped us through the entire process, answering any and all questions we had. Working with Erin made up for my previous experiences. This company are the example of unprofessional! You need to insist so much and even after a viewing, if you get lucky so see anything because they Never answer! I send my documents and a follow up email and still nothing.Called and go to voice mail, leave voicemail, call again, send sms, emails... Nothing!How this companies get the fake 5 stars reviews???And what will happen after renting from this super unprofessional company?Are they even a real company or it's all a scam?Better stay away
