The doctor I see is lovely - it’s everything else about this place that warrants a lower review. If it wasn’t for my kind and helpful doctor I would give one. The receptionists are literally always in bad moods. All of them. Actually booking an apt is impossible as they put you on hold and then conveniently forget about you 4/5 times you call. This place isn’t that busy. They really need new staff on the front end.

We have been seeing Dr. Kirsh at this location for more than 5 years. He is an amazing doctor, very knowledgeable and supportive, takes the time to listen to your concerns, explains the science, executes any required investigations and provides very thorough treatments. He also provides consultations over the phone for non urgent issues and usually calls back within 48 hours of asking for a call. This clinic used to be a walkin clinic, but this changed several years ago, and now it only offers walkins to registered clients. I have never had a problem to see Dr. Kirsh when I needed it, just come 30 minutes before the scheduled walkins start and usually the wait is minimal. Thank you Dr. Kirsh for all your support over the years!

I spoke with the receptionist today about booking an appointment for a physician to prescribe a medication for asthma. The staff refused to book an appointment stating that appointments are only for patients who are registered with their family physicians working at this clinic. To my understanding, there was no que of patients waiting for their doctors at that moment, and I could see three doctors available at the clinic.To reiterate, I was refused an appointment for a condition that is considered an allergy and was getting worse by each second. My condition could have been easily prevented if I had an appointment to get my medications and use them right away.My alternative was to go to emergency and wait hours suffering from shortness of breath before being met by a doctor.

Tried twice to see a doctor here. First time I walked in and was told that doctors are only seeing pregnant women today, which was a lie cause I saw men waiting to see a doctor. The second time, today, I was told that the doctors are all fully booked. I asked if I could make an appointment for a future date, and was basically told that it would not be possible. I have been a patient of this clinic for 14 years, have had my family doctor there, and really taken at back by the rudeness, and lies. Sad to see my tax paying dollars supporting such a business.

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Every walk in clinic has wait times and every doctor runs behind sometimes. I have been with Dr Saini since she started there and she is kind, caring, genuinely cares for you and your well being. She doesn’t judge and takes the time to listen to you. She has renewed my faith in family Physicians. I have also done walk ins with dr kirsh and dr paulpillai who are both lovely. If You see any of those three doctors you will leave feeling like you are being taken care of.I agree one of the Receptionists isn’t warm or very friendly, but the others are lovely! And all of them do their jobs. I’m sure not everyone is always bubbly and happy when they are at work.

I was a big fan of All About Health but the services are seriously disappointing in the recent times. The phones are hardly answered and sometimes they put you on hold without even first listening to the query and the hold can be longer than 15 mins to even initially get to speak to someone. As for getting appointment, its next to impossible. I would never have provided a negative feedback but seriously enough is enough.

Book an appointment and you’ll be waiting forever to see a doctor. I made an appointment for 9:45 and came 10 minutes early. At 10:30 I was still waiting?! I waited 55 minutes and by then my toddlers were screaming on the floor. But I also saw 15 people come in and go ahead of me. I had to leave but who knows how much longer I would’ve had to wait! Unacceptable.

This place has the worst and rudest front staff I have ever come across. They have no care for their patients, especially for children who are patients of the clinic. They lied and said become patient of this clinic and you can come in for walk ins, but today they refused to have a doctor see my son (who is supposedly a patient of this clinic). He is burning up with a fever from a possible ear infection and they simply refused to see him. They have no set schedule for when their walk ins take place. They told me my son can see his family doctor at this clinic for an ear infection in 4 weeks! 4 weeks!!!!! It must be a joke! This clinic needs to close down! The wait times are insanely long, you will get treated faster at a hospital than at this clinic. The front staff are horribly rude and couldn’t care for any of their patients. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all. I am writing a letter of complaint to the owner of this clinic to express my dissatisfaction of the way this clinic is running their health practice. Please think twice about going to this clinic.

We've been with Dr. Kirsh for so many years. Both Father and Son are amazing. They are our Family Doctors since 1996. Thank you.

I went there today and had a bad experience. Filipino lady was not very welcoming and kinda rude. she also made mistake of not checking me in .. So I waited over an hour even if I already had an appointment. Glad the other receptionist was very apologetic she made sure I get seen by the doctor right away...To that Filipino lady, please make sure you doing your work properly be nicer next time, life is too short
