I never take the time out to write reviews but I really wanted to in this case because it’s so rare to get responsive and friendly service at the level I did when I reached out to Furnace Factory Direct. I woke up in the middle of the night to a cold house and realized that my furnace was not working. I called Furnace Factory Direct first thing in the morning and they answered right away and put me at ease that they would come out within the hour to check out my furnace. Within the hour a tech was at my house and fixed the issue! He was professional, so kind, friendly, informative and extremely helpful. Having a furnace not working in winter is something that really can’t wait and I was worried that we would be without heat for some time but calling Furnace Factory Direct made sure that that wasn’t the case for me and my family. Like I said, I don’t ever write reviews but I was so impressed and grateful and really wanted to make sure I shared my experience. I highly recommend this company to everyone for their furnace needs! Carmen came over to give me an estimate for a new air conditioner. He spotted the problem with my old air conditioner and fixed it right away. He had the replacement part in his truck. I was particularly impressed with honesty which saved me alot of money.

Very professional and friendly service was provided. They were quick to respond and took the time to explain what they needed to do. They also took great care to make sure the inside of the house was taken care of (runner on the floor, boot covers/removal of shoes). I would recommend this company and would definitely use them again!

What can I say about Furnace Factory Direct. Every experience has been extremely professional and informative. I always trust Carmen for his knowledge and honesty.Their technical team is second to none. I had recently experienced an intermittent problem with my furnace. Pete took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot and was able to find and replace the part causing the problem!I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for their HVAC needs. Extremely happy with service from Furnace Factory Direct and quick response from Anthony. He was able to have a tech at my place within an hour and after determining we need a new furnace he was here himself within an hour to get us a quote for a replacement furnace. Let's just say an hour after that the crew was back to install a replacement furnace. As for the value for the money they are extremely honest and fair when it comes to pricing. He was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable while answering all the many questions I had. I called Anthony at 2:00 p.m. due to a problem with our hot water heater. His tech was here within 30 minutes and resolved the issue in 10 minutes. There was a piece of dirt blocking the tube on the hot water tank. Nice to have a company that cares about the customer.
