First time for everything!I have never taken the time to write a review but I wanted to acknowledge the new direction Ciot Brossard has taken.Took a chance coming back and was pleasantly surprised. I will be certainly coming back for my future Reno’s.

Went to Ciot for our kitchen renovations and had a great experience with Hellen. She went out of her way to help us. At the end we got an amazing outcome and even redid our entrance ceramic. She really knows her stuff.

Really bad experienceWe order marble for our bathroom. They tell that it is going to be ready in 2-3 weeks and finally it took 5 weeks and defective. No return policy even if damaged. No after sale service

Went to Ciot Brossard for our kitchen and bathroom renovations. Received excellent service from sales associate Hellen Aivaliotis. She went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we envisioned for our home. Highly recommend her for any of your projects. Thank you again Hellen!

The showroom is beautiful and the tiles are organized by style which makes it easy to find a collection of tiles that fit your specific aesthetic! Every staff member is so welcoming from the receptionists to the sales representatives and it makes shopping for tiles, which can be usually be such a dizzying experience, much easier.On top of that they have a backstore where you can buy materials that you'll need to install your tiles, and the employees at the back counter are always available to help answer your more technical questions and guide you to select the best products for your project! I highly recommended you come and see the showroom and Pro Center for yourself.

We were doing a bathroom reno and went to Ciot in Brossard. Was greeted by the friendliest and most helpful client service rep Hellen Aivaliotis. Amazing service that always made me go back when looking for more tiles. Hellen even remembered me on my second visit which was about a year later. To this day we keep in touch as she is really such a positive, likeable person.

I wouldn't let the other reviews sway you from this store, seldom do people take the time to write good reviews when everything goes right. We have been to this store a few times looking for tiles, and each time the staff was extremely nice and pleasant. Geoffrey, the sales associate we dealt with last was truly helpful, and was a good part of the reason why we ordered our tiles from here.Cheers,Karl

I had a very positive experience at CIOT Brossard with Hellen Aivaliotis. She took the time to show me different styles and options as I was looking to renovate my kitchen and was very overwhelmed. She answered all my questions with respect and patience and made an unexpected renovation project pleasant rather than stressful. Highly recommend. Will be going back for my bathroom renos to see Hellen. A+

Wow, I cannot say thank you enough! The service received by Sabrina at Ciot is hands down the best service we've ever experienced. She went way above and beyond our expectations! We are in the process of renovating our bathroom and not only did she help us select the right tile, she helped us with basic design and coordinated elements with our contractor. She made recommendations for which grout to use and how to care for it. She gave us a great deal to boot! Once we bought our supplies, she continued to stay in touch and is helping with last minute glitches in the process. I loved her ideas, her ability to turn our preliminary ideas into reality (she's a great listener!) and how incredibly responsive she is. You don't find friendly and experienced staff like this very much anymore... If you are planning a reno - ask for Sabrina. She's like a breath of fresh air during a chaotic and stressful project. Against my better judgement I attempted to order some tiles from Ciot Brossard, even after reading the mostly negative reviews here. I can attest to the fact that they just don't seem to care about the end result, that is, that customers who come in and order tiles be told the truth about the availability of stock, and the timelines promised for delivery of the tiles ordered. I was told that the tiles were in stock in Montreal and would be delivered in two days time, and that I would get a call when the order had arrived. When, after two weeks of not hearing anything, I went to inquire about the order I was told that they were no longer in stock. I guess my order simply wasn't a priority for them. And now I have a contractor who will have to be rescheduled because they lied to me about the availability of the tiles, or their ability to deliver them. It's too bad, because they have some beautiful tiles, and very friendly staff. Only one step away from a 5 star review, actually having the tiles available and delivered to the client in a reasonable time frame ,or with honesty concerning the availability of the tiles.
