Usually a positive experience but not today. Trying to buy shoes but most clerks were busy socializing. Hopefully this is a one time thing.

Terrible, saleswoman in shoes wouldn't measure my son's feet because it's not relevant" as companies sizes differ from one another and wouldn't check if anything was available to make sure of stock."

Service from the cashier was terrible. Kristin her name, she was rude only because we wanted to check the discount in price of 1 of items we were paying for. For that she forced us to go again to the end of the line, and we had to wait double in the same line with the small baby we carried. Despite that we bought multiple items.

I'm usually one to do a bit of research of the products there before shopping so I never need much help and the stores always been clean and tidy and easy to find my items. great selection but that's where the good part ends.After buying 2 jackets for me and the wife we checked and the jackets went on a better sale the next day. I came in for a price adjustment and was told numerous times NO by the cashier and told they don't have a policy for that even after I showed them the receipt and jackets still packaged.I said I would then just like a return to which she asked a manager if they do price adjustments but never mentioned what she had told me. It was an instant YES when asking the manager and I got my discount but be careful. All I can hope is other people aren't treated this poorly and lied to to save a few bucks.In the end I saved $100, still spent more than $500, and felt wronged and lied to.

Terrible experience, would not honor posted sale price . Sales associate would not even come to the front as she mentioned she was too busy doing online orders to check. Escalated to manager and he said he couldn't do anything.

I had amazing experience with bike service shop. They helped me installing inner tube. And they got it done for me. Plus I ended up purchasing shoes while I was waiting for that service done.

I just want to remind other customers that electronics (including but not limited to drones, fitness trackers, heart monitors, GPS trackers) that have been opened after purchase cannot be returned. Trust me before you open the box you really can not 100% percent confirm the product is what you want. I bought a fitbit Ace 3 watch for my son as a gift, unfortunately I could not connect it because my son didn't have a single android device include the complex google child account. The staff just repeated their return policy and she let me feel that she really didn't care. That was terrible! It's my fault I should check their policy before I buy something even in Canada. I am not a guy who like to comment online, but today I am sorry to state that I will not go to Sport Chek again.

Brought my bike for a very minor repair on Friday and was told that the bike would be done and ready for pick up Sunday afternoon. I told the guy in the bike service that live outside of Winnipeg, around 1.5 hour drive, he assured me my bike would be done but when I came on Sunday to pick up it turned out the bike was never even touched for repair. I don’t get it, why would you tell a customer that your bike would’ve been fixed in two days if you were never even going to do that? Had to just take my bike back without it getting repaired. Very frustrating. Staff was very nice though that’s why two stars.
