They partnered with Costco, which means that you pay for the electronic item at Costco and get nothing in return. The link to your purchase, which is sent to you from these guys here, leads to a blank page. Needless to say that support is non-existent both at Costco and on this shop's side. Costco still lives in 1995 in terms of ecommerce, so if these guys are chosen as partners, you know there is nowhere lower to go in terms of quality.

Offers a couple good deals through Costco... I guess they are their e-commerce service provider? hoping they will have more product in the future!

Got some etickets for a Christmas gift. When we were ready to use them, we discovered the barcodes were expired. Fine print says they will issue new barcodes if required, but good luck getting through to anyone in customer service. Have called 7 times, never any answer, just a message saying they can't answer the phone due to high volumes. Automated message says to email for quick service during businesses hours, which we have tried. However hours aren't provided in their message OR on their website anywhere.So far not impressed with this service and I'll be telling friends and family not to waste their money and time using this service in the future.

Went to the Hockey Hall of Fame recently. Got the tickets quick and easy. Good service.

This company sells online tickets for a few Niagara Canadian events .. Louis Tussads, etc. They have mis-stated the price of the in-person ticket. On site you can get the tickets for $12.99 but TicketOps says on their site that it is $14.94 & they are 'discounting' it to $12.64. Then they add a $0.99 processing fee. In the end there is NO Benefit buying the tickets online.

Got tickets from Costco and it was pretty easy to use, and saved some money so would recommend.

Had issues initially, and was a very upset customer, and support seemingly ignored me which made me more upset... turns out they were genuinely busy and eventually did get back to me. Very friendly and resolved all my issues, in spite of me being angry and sour! Persistence paid off, and turned me from a sour customer to a happy customer. Thanks.
