Guy was by himself..so not his problem..at first..bit as ANY SALES situation..is not always the first action. The promise, follow up is key. This guy BLEW IT. 3 and 5 days response time to my basic questions (even tho sits behind computer all day) DIDNT email me even adter is requested twice..and he replied via text..and still had to wait 3 days and then 2 days for answer.. then he said he sent me links which he didn't.I am now awitikg response from owner to address my concerns

Excellent customer service, getting my 3 lines transfered from my previous carrier turned into a 5 day headache (due to the new systems shaw was using for services, had nothing to do with the mobile shop" or its staff) that I would not have been able to endure without the staff at this store. Derek in particular whent above and beyond to make sure we received the services and phones we wanted with as little hassle as possible. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new phone/ service provider."

Excellent, excellent, excellent service by Andy and Derek! I always get blown away by the deals they offer to me. They are both super polite, courteous and really know their stuff. I wanted to get a couple of screen protectors from them as well- they happened to be out of stock but offered to transfer them in for me. I am a customer for life!

I went in to buy a Samsung 10 this afternoon and Andy helped me. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional even as I was struggling to decide regarding warrenty options, phone cases, and chargers. He asked me questions when I wasn't sure what to ask and double checked and explained everything. I even got help moving everything over from my old phone. Honestly the best service I've ever had getting a new phone. I would highly recommend this place! Thanks Andy!

These guys checked the box to sign me up for device protection (a paid monthly service). They claimed I wouldn't be charged unless I opted in by text after 6 months. 6 months later I started receiving monthly charges for the likewize" service. It doesn't seem possible to cancel online either. I returned to The Mobile shop
