I went and bought a bow here on Friday, paid extra $40 to have it setup. On Saturday I went out shooting and bow felt like it was shooting way off, I brought it back in and was told that the bow was working fine.Now on Monday I decided to go to Kootaney Archery in Jaffrey. Turns out alot was off, first the draw length was set too long, the cams were out of sync , the peep sight was off, the arrow rest was slightly off, the cables weren't set right making the arrow fly crooked. Also the arrows I was sold were too long and needed to be cut down. Kevin at Kootaney Archery spent 2 hours working on my bow today, now I'm nailing bulls-eyes. Avoid this place if you can, the drive out to Jaffrey is worth it.

Stopped in and talked with Bob, the owner, he was very helpful, with his knowledge of tuning with time spent, he turned an off the shelf bow to a perfect fit. Love shopping local and helping our local business owner. I would recommend Bob for all your archery needs, as a new to the sport, he is a great asset, Thank you.

I was sold a bow with way too high draw weight. I called to ask if I can get it lowered or exchanged, he said he would get back to me on that and never did.That is very poor customer service, I should have never been sold this bow.As a beginner not only is this bow extremely difficult to learn technique with, it's also dangerous for me to start with due to the risk of injury.If you're looking for an archery shop, go to jaffray, it's worth your time. The owner is Olympic level and passionate.He will get you what you need.Also true flight arrows are way over priced
