I spoke with Martin Pollock as I had a number of questions. As a young adult, I am not very familiar with how things work in malpractice litigations. In the 20 minutes i spoke with Martin on the phone, he was very professional and informed me of the best course of action for my current situation. Martin reached out to me regarding a workers compensation settlement issue. He gave me a done of great advise and recommendations on the next steps to take and referred me to a medical specialist to get the proper condition report. Once I have all that I will be returning to him to seek out his advise on the next steps required. He doesn't know me and I've never reached out to him before so I'm very pleased and happy at the level of info and details he gave me to move forward.

Went for a meeting. Mr pollock sr. Was nice to meet on the phone but once I arrived He immediately started speaking to me in a disrespectful manner. He made me feel as if I was trying to do something wrong by suing the insurance company.. then asked the level of mine and my fathers education in a condescending manner. that’s when I left. Maybe it was a bad day for him, we all have them. But I left that initial meeting quite upset. I went with another firm due to it. Susan was a gem tho.

Very professional and accommodating. I didn't get what I was asking for, but they steered me in the right direction. Especially on how to speak with a lawyer. It was my first time needing a lawyer. Very accommodating is understated. I didn't know anything about notarized documents.
