Shoppers Drug Mart

Went to pick up a prescription that was faxed last week. Pharmacy Insisted they had not received the fax. Spent 40 minutes on hold to my doctors office to re-faxAs soon as the fax went through turns out they already had the prescription ready to go -and the same pharmacy tech didn’t even offer an apology!That’s 40 minutes I’ll never get back.I’ll be changing my pharmacy to the one up the street.Poor customer service.Beauty counter girl was friendly - but shocked by such dismal service In pharmacy.

Do Not go here!!! If wanting a prescription go somewhere else because the employee's at this pharmacy are idiots, good for nothing. The medication had to get sent out to get made because the quantity, 2 weeks later and still nothing and still waiting..after 4 weeks and still no medicine, and the tall dark skinned lady with black hair said that they still had to send it off to get made? She found the prescription laying around somewhere and looked like it wasn't eve sent off to get made yet.. her face looked stupid like she didnt even know what she was doing? She said that the medicine shouldn't take long and that they would call me.. now 6 weeks later and the same stupid lady now tells me they lost the prescription!! Like really?? Just a waste of time going here. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Especially if you're in pain!

Not just the pharmacy staff but the entire staff as a whole are great. Michael from the pharmacy department who I believe to be the manager is top class. Can't forget home_girl, ( I think its safe to assume the regulars all know who I'm referring to BRO")...has energy and attitude that is very positive shout out to her and the rest off the TEAM... HAPPY NEW YEARSYA'LL"

Have been a loyal customer for 20 something years! I really enjoy shopping at your location and the previous 2 other locations, all on Hastings Street . Twice I've been lucky enough to get 2 cosmetic products on hold that are in high demand. Always sold out! Thanks very much to Sophia and her valuable advice.

The pharmacist here is doing a great job, despite being seriously overworked.I came 45 mins before closing and the poor guy was alone and clearly had a LOT he needed to get done, but was doing a great job.Pharmacists are already understaffed and overburdened, which is why I don’t understand this new law adding diagnosing small ailments like UTIs, etc to their jurisdiction. But if they can keep up like this guy, then good on them. :)

Mistakes and delays and, oops we told you that medication was in the bag, but it's not, even though we paid for it.We switched to the Hastings/Madison Shoppers Drug Mart when we moved from New West. Always had excellent service and prescriptions filled properly for 5 years in New West. But Madison location was mistake after mistake. Medications missing from bag. Prescription list faxed in from Doctor, but only partly filled. Unfilled meds not put on file. My wife also had similar serious problems.The Shoppers Corporation, and the Pharmacy College needs to audit all the mistakes being made here, and take appropriate corrective action.We switched back to New Westminster Shoppers. It means more driving, but they do their job correctly.

A very small shoppers drug mart. I like coming here to buy small items, milk, shampoo etc. The staff here are friendly especially at the perfume and beauty area. I come here to use my optimum points and buy fragrances. Nice selection of fragrances and the occasional plushies.
