VI Premier Carpet Cleaning

Had this company twice but too many spot left behind and carpets took 14 hours to dry. Not recommended.

When you are looking for a Carpet Cleaner Look no further George is your man. While we were on vacation we had a dog that chewed a blue bic pen and ran around the house spreading the mess. My mother quickly phoned George and he gave her excellent immediate advice. At the end of the day George was there cleaning up the mess with strong motivation as he does with all of his jobs. Upon our return we didn't know about the mess until my mother explained what happened. Excellent Job Thank you! What a deal for the price you pay per room. Call him now with your carpet disasters!

I am sooooo beyond happy with the work George did for me today! My carpets and upholstery look amazing!! He is very professional, friendly and very reasonable with cost. He was open to re doing some spots that I came across without any hassle. Finding a good carpet cleaning service is hard to find. I have used a few and have been very disappointed and dissatisfied. I had George from Premier Carpet Cleaning come and clean the carpets for me in my house. The price is definitely right for this service. He was very social and friendly! Unfortunately, I was not a satisfied customer as there was no difference from before the carpets were cleaned til after. All stains still remained. I contacted George about this and he came back to do the one room over that had the major stains. George showed me the carpet after he finished the second time and the stains were not visible ( I think it was because the carpet was still wet). Once the carpet dried later that day, the stains were still there.I called George a week or so later to discuss my dissatisfaction with the cleaning, and he reluctantly agreed to a give me a 50% discount.I am not sure I will use this company again though. Maybe my stains were too old..

George arrived right on time with his cheery manner. Did a beautiful job on all the carpets in the house. Fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I certainly would call for him again, and highly recommend George for your home carpets. Thanks very much ps...our carpets were badly soiled by a visitors untrained dog....carpets look new again...seriously he did a wonderful job..

I have a hard time believing this last review. I have had George clean my carpets multiple times and he has NEVER been rude . He is a very pleasant man with a personality that lights up the room. As for his cleaning he always cleans the carpet from the farthest corner of the room and walks his machine backwards as to NOT leave prints or marks. If there is an issue he ALWAYS comes back to fix it no charge. He can't fix it if he doesn't know about it. He tries his best to fit customers in but some times he is too busy. So if he can fit you in you are very lucky. I think its really poor that someone would leave a bad review without even talking to George so he can rectify to problem. He is always there to help his customers and bends over backwards to make them happy so shame on you.

My kitten got sick a week ago and had diarrhea all through my apartment. I was horrified and then I remembered a carpet cleaning business card that I saw in the lobby. It was for Premier Carpet Cleaning with George Hinchliffe. I called and he answered right away, booked me immediately and was at my house within the hour. I was very impressed with his promptness and professionalism. He had a great attitude and sense of humor considering what he was about the clean up. My kitten took to him immediately looking at him as if to say I made a big mess and I am so glad you are here...mommy is a little upset with me". Mr. Hinchliffe was fast and thorough. I was thrilled at the results. So was my kitty. I have used his service now a few times and won't go with anyone else. Well worth it and his prices are amazing to boot.You won't be disappointed with Premier!"

My husband and I are thrilled with the quality of work that was done! Our carpet was bad! Just awful! I really should have taken before/after pictures. I'm so glad we chose Premier Carpet Cleaning. Excellent job at a great price. I highly recommend this service!

I do not recommend this company. Not a fan for the following reasons:- carpet still wet after 27hrs.- lot of stains left behind and George seems to believe that's just how stains are.- he arrived late and left early, which may explain the stains and wet carpet.- he was careless and tossed his hose over a freshly painted banister to save a few steps. My painters could not believe what they saw.- he told me the island is full" in our initial phone call and I was still dumb enough to go with him.- he also threatened me with his son if I didn't pay him. You have to be pretty insecure to threaten someone like that.I paid and I left it at that. He doesn't seem like the well spoken type to hold a debate civilly.Feel free to counter

Charged us $150 for two rooms and stairs.We had to go back and vaccuum the stairs by hand so we could get our damage deposit because they were obviously not clean. Stains in the bedroom were spread around, worse than before. Rooms were soaked.  Property managers said we got ripped off and this is the one guy you should never, ever use.We were embarrassed to hand the carpets over in this condition and felt betrayed to have paid such a high price for such a shoddy job. He talks a big talk (he also joked about sending his son after us), but just hire someone else.
