Even after getting lots of abuse from customers, the staff here puts up a smile and help them out. I come here very often for small groceries stuffs. The store is clean and staff are professional.

Worst Gas Station in New Westminster.The pay at pump feature does not work on any of the pumps, you have to go inside and pay and wait in a line, then wait in a line again to get your receipt after filling up your car. What should take no longer than 5 minutes to fill up, ends up taking upwards of 15 minutes. I have told them about this and how inconvenient this is when you are in a hurry, it has been like this for over a year now they literally don't care and get defensive from the most basic of feedback. I will no longer be using this gas station and I recommend you don't either.

BEWARE - THEFT BY STAFF. Female cashier kept making mistake after mistake, from redeeming Petro points to pumping diesel vs regular at the pump, requiring a lot of back-and-forth from pump to store. Male cashier (Dhawal) made the same mistake on Petro Points redemption, trying to give less gas than paid for; he even argued with customers for his own mistakes, all of these while the female cashier kept laughing.Additionally, gas station could NOT take any method of payment but cash, other customers also could not pump regular gas, but diesel only. By the time we were leaving, all the pumps had ERROR Signs on the screens.I wish there was a MINUS 5 stars, as that’s what we experienced. We hope nobody else had to go through what we just went through.

Store is clean and well maintained. Rbc bank atm is available inside. Car wash is also available and happy with car wash services.

I been coming to you guys for 15 years , the last 3 weeks I come with cash and you never have more then 10$ in change?!? You are literally a gas station and couldn't even give me back 11$ absolutely horrible management.

The app doesn't work at their car wash. Or the car wash doesn't accept the app. So I had to go to the Richmond one instead.My app was working fine at the Richmond location fine the very same day.

If the owner of this establishment wouldn’t make it policy to lock the doors at 10 pm so that I can’t go inside to look for what I need then I’d bring this up to 5 stars. But I just wasted 20 mins walking there to find out I have to know what I want and tell the guy at a window instead of being allowed inside and it’s only 10pm. Hire people who can handle late shift snd aren’t scared and lock themselves in thanks

The absolute worst staff I've ever come across!Rude people and they are more interested in their phones than actually serving the costumers. I work in the area, will not use this location

I came here to put gas around 720am/Oct30 and I'm so unlucky that I dealt with very unprofessional cashier. I went to the counter to pay before I put my gas on, and she asked me what number and I told her there is only one car in there which is my car and answer me back with a rude attitude. And I told her you supposed to be nice with your customer and it seems like she doesn't care. I told her. I will give you a low rating and that will affect your company and she said she doesn't care and go ahead. I hope the owner of this gas station find out that his business is getting low rate in google guide because of his/her some unprofessional staff.

Good customer service. Car wash actually works well unlike other automatic car wash places. Car wash is definitely worth it. Well maintained.
