Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I initially purchased a used carpet cleaning machine for my start-up business and was very happy with it. Ross the repairman gave me lots of great tips how to properly maintain my machine.As my business grew I was able to upgrade to newer equipment (a tile & grout cleaning machine) and the training was included for FREE!I would recommend Kleen Kuip Supply Mart for carpet cleaning equipment, machine repairs/maintenance and for their large inventory of carpet cleaning chemicals and other specialty products.

I cant say enough good things about Kleen Kuip! Gloria, Linda and Ted are amazing! Not only do they have pretty much everything you could ever need when it comes to carpet cleaning equipment, they also take the time to explain, articulate and demonstrate how to use it. Plus, they're always giving tips and tricks to improve the process. If you're in the Carpet Cleaning Business I couldn't recommend this team enough - they're the best I've encountered!! I've been dealing with them for over 10years now and wouldn't think to go anywhere else. Quality and service is rare these days and these guys surpass anyone in the industry.

We always take our carpet cleaning portables to Kleen Kuip for service and I buy all my bonnet buff chemicals from them.Always great service at the front desk. Always willing to help.They have a great selection on used carpet cleaning portables as well. always ask what they have for sale when picking up chemical or taking in your machines for service.All around great service. Best in Toronto.
