Great customer service, quick and easy.. helpful the multiple times I've needed it. Will be renting again soon! Madelyn and Marcus in Lockport have been fantastic!

Great customer service. I needed a car last minute. They got me in and in my way quickly. Booked a Nissan Maxima online but was not available but was happy with my upgrade for the same price.

Chris is always very polite and helpful. My cars are always clean and ready. Chris has me in and outta there within 10 minutes. I had one bad experience here in the past with a different employee but I’m changing my review because one employees actions one time does not reflect my overall experience with this location. Overall this place is usually reliable and consistent.

Geico reserved a car for us for Mon Aug 22, but I needed it Sat Aug 20 because husband was taking other car at 5:30 a.m. Mon for work and so I had no way to get to Enterprise Lockport on Mon. So, Geico changed rental to Sat pick up. Arrived there and Enterprise said changed reservation was only in system 1 hour so no car available. I knew they closed at noon so I asked could they ring other Enterprise stores and arrange a car there as Geico assured me they do that and to be sure to ask. I did. They said they don't do that. I told them Geico said they did do that. The guy told me you can get one for the original day on monday. I told him why I could not get there Mon. Then manager (presumably) came over and said Aside from not renting you a car today what can we help you with? I looked at him a bit stunned. He just stood there silently staring at me. I said "Well then I guess I should put you out of your misery and leave" So I did. I rang Geico and they tried to get another company but apparently in lockport

Too expensive, please review the cars yourself so none of the staff can pin previous scratches or parts missing on you!! Advising everyone to do so! It was taken out of my deposit!! After I was told it wasn't and I told them repeatedly to the rude staff I didn't cause any harm to the car!!

Staff was super friendly and very patient. Car is very nice but for a non smoking vehicle, sure smelled like someone had been smoking in it.

The staff was so helpful during pick up and drop off. Would go here again.

Rented a car from Enterprise on S.Transit Rd Lockport NY April 12-15th. Robert was fantastic when I picked it up. He had everything ready to go and I was out the door in 10 min 15 max!!...spoke with a Mark to settle up when I returned car and he was just as fantastic as Robert was!!!...I would definitely recommend them!!!...Thanks for the great experience in renting a car!!!

Wonderful Experience!!! My rental was great and their Employee Sam was Awesome!! Made My daughter's Prom and Graduation a Beautiful experience. My family and I will be getting our rentals from the Lockport Enterprise for now on. Thank you

I’ve rented countless vehicles, too many times. Every time I rent they are super nice and friendly. Vehicles are always clean and ready. I definitely recommend this Lockport location. I don’t ever rent from anywhere else. They know me by name and have made the process quick and easy from day 1. Also if you are an awards member you can earn free upgrades and rentals!!
