Leah MacInnes Therapy and Consulting

I have been seeing Leah off and on for over 5 years now and she is amazing. She is empathetic, caring, funny and extremely insightful. She has helped me work through many problems and situations in my life and I can't thank her enough.My husband has also seen Leah and completely disagrees with the other comment here about her being a 'man hater' and said he's never felt that at all.We both love her!

Was hoping for something constructive, was 100% committed to therapy with my partner. After only 4 visits. Leah basically said that we should go our seperate ways & that our love for eachother may not be enough, to give up on what we were trying to save. Not exactly what you expect to hear from a therapist after 4 sessions. It truly felt like she was trying to free up her calendar or that she lacked significant perspective/intellect. 1 star because she was right, we're not together any more.

Horrible Marriage counselor, went there a couple of years ago when my marriage was on the rocks, honestly she made it worse, if your a man, do not agree to go see her, she's a hard core feminist and a down right man hater" . I'm now going through a divorce in large part due to her. The sessions were all about how to fill the womans emotional needs i.e. make her happy and content and nothing about the husbands needs. I had a very bad experience with her

My husband and I have been working with Leah for over a year (by choice because she helps keep us accountable and on track haha) and I couldn’t imagine where we would be today without her fantastic support and guidance. She truly wants the couple to reconnect and overcome any obstacles, together as a family. She will point out how both parties can understand and support each other to ensure continued success. She will remind you why you chose your spouse in the first place and help you find the good in each other. I also found seeing her individually was great so that I could gain my own support separate from my family and marriage. Highly recommend!
