Ken was very professional and very detail oriented and by that we mean he ensured that the home was built according to all government guidelines and proper permits. Even to go as far as to find out who the local contractor was that built our home. We did get into a multiple offer situation and Ken again was very professional and helped guide us through the process to ensure we were able to purchase our dream home. We have lived in our home for a little over a year now and we are very happy with our purchase.
