Worst customer service ever. I called because I had a question about the dolly and also wanted to ask about the possibility of parking overnight. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, turned off before I could finish asking (didn't even have time to ask about the dolly) and treated me in a way you shouldn't treat anyone. All of that for no reason, I'm still shocked. If you are having a bad day, it's not other people's fault... specially if they are being polite and treating you nicely.

It was good and easy to work with. Full tank of gas and a good running van.One small thing -- they had a $20 after-hours return fee that wasn't communicated in advance and doesnt really make any sense... the lot is open and doesn't need any staff for returns!

This UHAUL location has the best customer service I have experienced at UHAUL. The staff is all very friendly and helpful, they even called us the day before to confirm the rental because we had reserved 3 different vans for our delivery service. This location is so much faster and easier to deal with than any other UHAUL location I have ever gone to. I would recommend this location to anyone in Toronto looking for a Uhaul rental. I will be using them again soon!

Absolute worst place to rent from. They scammed my daughter out of a quarter tank of gas, so she had to fill it to half full, even though they clearly outline on the form it’s a quarter tank. She drove less than 40kms, had the truck for two hours and she had to pay over $20 extra dollars in gas. Never go to this place.

Great service, very friendly. We use Uhaul when we need extra vehicles during busy season. This location is much faster than others during the checkout process. I would recommend this location to anyone needing to book a UHAUL. We have used many different locations around Toronto, this one is the best.

Shoddy operation. My rental wasn't available when I arrived. They were able to sort another one out for me, but for a much shorter time period than I needed. They also charged me extra for fuel, even though I filled up the truck prior to returning. Also, there was a pick-up truck was doing donuts in the parking lot, which seems unsafe. I'd suggest using the the actual Uhaul/storage place further up Weston Road.

I am very disappointed from this place. The owner stole money from me. Without asking me he added $15 dollars covarage Safe Move, and to make things worse he charged $30.81 dollars for gass. Where I drove 10 MI and before I returned the truck I filled the gass more that I used. People please be careful with places like this where scammers run the business. Always ask for the print of all the information that the truck has before you get it because if they don't give you it they can cheat you at still money from your pocket. This place is like that! If you need to take a U-Haul go to the one at Western Road you will save a headache. Not to mention the owner was extremely rude and was mocking me. Such places ruin the image of Uhaul.

I really like this location and the nice people that work here. But yesterday I had a 6 by 12 trailer reaerved, but when I arrived to pick it up it was not available. On line it said it was guaranteed to be there. I had two jobs to do and people were reliaing on me to help them. This was beyond unexeptable, not only was my reputation for being a reliable service provider was tarnished, my bottom line suffered perfusely. I called Uhaul and they credetid me the 50$ and that was nice but the truth is that that whole event cost me a lot. I feel like there is something they should have done to help me at the location. They call all the time to ask if I'm coming to pick up, but didn't call me to say that the trailer is not available. I rent more trailers then an avarage person orders uber food. So I expect to be treated like a loyal costumer.Unfortunately I'm already used to this kind of thing from uhaul. No accountability.

Was charged $15 for SafeMove coverage even though it was declined on my booking and I wasn't asked at check-in. Otherwise solid service with accurate charges for gas and mileage.

Had a really good experience at this location. The customer service was good and professional and that is why this location is getting a 5 stars for me otherwise there is one thing UHAUL should do and that is at least clean the trucks from inside so at least the seats are clean. There should be a proper mechanical check-ups everyday. The truck I took had low pressure in three of the tires, 21, 23, 25. Low pressure could be dangerous especially with too much loads.
