Just joined today, we were incredibly greeted and got a ViP tour of the amazingly nice gym they keep, super clean and quiet. Prices for students are great and the way me and my friend were greeted made us even more motivated to go workout in this environment. Highly recommend for beginners they make you feel very welcomed and at home, happy with my choice!

This new location is now my favourite and I’ve been a member for years now. It’s so clean and has a good layout. From the second you enter to the time you’re leaving the staff is all very kind and helpful. I never feel judged or uncomfortable at anytime which is really important to me. You can tell that they spent some time picking the staff to ensure they’re a good fit and have passion for what they’re doing opposed to just hiring people to fill positions like other businesses seem to be doing these day. This is my new go to location !

Ive tried a lot of gyms in the area and this one is by far my favourite. The staff is kind and welcoming. The gym is super clean and well maintained. The equipment is new and you will find everything you need for a great workout no matter your level.I highly recommend this facility

Great gym with great machines, I would add hip thrust machine and seated leg curl to make it perfect. Staff is exceptional, always a welcoming smile and there to answer any questions. Very clean and spotless. I recommend 100%

I really like this place. Convenient location (at la Gappe) and convenient hours (24/7). Very clean gym. Nice Precor machines, including weight machines as well as cardio (1 slotted and curved athlete-powered treadmill, 6 electric-powered treadmills, 4 ellipticals, a few stair climbers, rowers, and stationary bikes). They have a big room full of free weights and workout areas for crunches or yoga or whatever. They have a few bathrooms with showers and a hair dryer in them, which are kept nice and clean. I had to knock off a star because the bathrooms aren't always well-stocked with toilet paper, and the gym can get hot during the summer.

Very nice gym, well layed out. Switched from a competitor as i was in need for some change and do not regret my choice. Sam and all employees are more than welcoming and polite. This place is new, clean, machines are quality equipement. The fact that its open 24/7 was a great plus. Highly recommend

Absolutely love this gym but it might be victim of its own success in the future. It really is packed most of the time even outside of usual traffic hours. Looking forward to them opening new gyms in the region to remedy to the situation :)

I have signed up for a membership to this newly opened gym at La Gappe, how ever I decided to cancel for health reasons and Sam took care of me and treated me like a human should be treaded.I will be back 100 percent.Great gym!Greta customer service!

Love the cleanliness of this gym. It's pretty open so it feels less busy during the busier times. Wipes for disinfecting machines are always available and it has a pretty big locker room/changing area too.
