An absolutely plain one-storey house became a two-floor beauty of picture-perfect elegance.VArchitect was the right firm to bring our vision to life, with their extensive experience and access to high-end materials. The VIP treatment they gave us was unparalleled: from showing us their proposal in the comfort of a professional conference room (accompanied by a great cup of coffee!) to embodying the very last detail on our wish list.As a result, this completely revamped home projects an image of grace, both inside and out, while keeping a functional design. The added wall height allowed for a tall wide staircase, flanked by sleek railing, to lead into a completely renewed entrance. Traditional, yet modern at the same time, its interior design boasts clean lines that make the eye rejoice.To top it all, VArchitect saved us a lot of money - they managed to put the entire second floor under a new roof, which is much cheaper than building it the conventional way. Besides, they did amazing work on making the back of the house look like it has three storeys (the entrance to the basement is now above ground). Better yet, the new insulation is perfect: the house stays cool in the summer and keeps its warmth during the cold season.Thanks to such an amazing transformation, we were able to sell this house in record time, which is what we were looking for.

15 Wendover RdWe couldn’t be happier with the renovation our home received! More than a renovation - a complete revamping of what used to be a plain-looking house. If you see it now, you will never guess what it used to look like. It is now a picture of elegance, worthy of a cover of a magazine! The best part - the entire project cost HALF of what had been estimated by others!Not a foot of its surface went untouched by VArchitect’s magic. Both inside and out, it is a new “creature”! A beautiful stone staircase, centered perfectly and flanked by elegant handrails, leads to a striking front entrance. The columns present on each side give it a balanced, clean look, while the now-visible roof provides a feeling of a perfect finish.The sophisticated, clean look continues as we walk through the front door. Hardwood floors, frames around windows, combined with tasteful ironwork on the railing, and a classy fireplace, all give it a sense of beauty and peace.What occurred inside was actually an amazing evolution (beyond totally renovated interior finishes) - a former three-bedroom home now has four bedrooms and an office. 21 Deanfield CrescentWe thought we would never be able to afford a larger home. Thanks to VArchitect, though, we did not have to stay in a typical small house. They were able to give us more than we had even hoped for, on a very limited budget!How was that possible? They took note of all our wishes and designs, and turned them into a workable and affordable solution. Not an inch of the original house got demolished! They built a part of the second floor right on top of our garage, kept the main entrance intact and just added a staircase. To give the whole building a uniform look, they renovated the wall by simply putting stucco on top of the existing brick.The best part? We did not have to move out while the construction was taking place! Talk about savings and convenience!Every day, when we come home, we look at our beautiful house and can’t stop smiling. It just makes our day, every time. We are now living in a larger, much more elegant-looking home, and we spent so little! Thank you, VArchitect, for completing “mission impossible”!
