Richcan Tires

Will be reporting them to the Canadian Better Business Bureau. I had my winter tires replaces to my all seasons and not even a week later, the tires popped off my car while driving. Almost cause a major accident and risk of life. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Contacted the body show and they suggested my neighbour probably did it. Will be contacting the authorities.

避坑！不诚信！不专业！从来没说过一个地方垃圾 但今天要破例了 :)I went there for a tire replacement. The TIRE GUY there told me he did not know how to use the tire machine and he had to wait for another lady came to help him from home. A tire guy did not know how to use tire machine… Okie..At that moment I had a bad feeling about it.This was what happened next! They installed a different brand tire (different from other 3 tires) on my car without letting me know! I realized it after the installation was done. They lied about it saying they told me before installing it which was not true at all. They were so unprofessional and told me driving with different brand tires would be no problem at all (the patterns are not even the same!)They INSTRUCTED me use this different brand tire go home now and come back Monday to change this tire again to another same brand tire as other 3 tires. They had no credibility at all and of course they charged me another $40 for changing the wrong brand tire back to my old tire for their dishonesty :( The lady who came to help the tire guy literally yelled ‘I don’t care, pay us $40 dollars or go home with this tire’ in Chinese.For a Saturday afternoon I waited one hour there and paid $40 for nothing. They did not even inflate my tire after changing it back! Luckily it’s a run flat tire so I could be able to drive home.This place is totally a scam and a dishonest place. Avoid at all cost if you don’t want to be ripped off.

Whoever said they don't know customer service is a total silly goose. I called at 5pm on Friday to ask if I could come by at 5:30, their closing time, to get my winter tires put on rims. Alex said that's perfectly OK. I didn't end up getting there until 6:15 and Alex actually called me at 6 to confirm whether I was still coming. They still changed my tires for me even though I was way past their closing time and were very helpful in answering all my questions.If I could rate them 6 stars I would. Awesome mom and pop shop with prices that can't be beat anywhere else!

Great family-run place. Looks sketchy and lacking a bit of the professional touch of their competitors in the area, but it's a low-cost, no nonsense kind of place. Communication is a little tough unless you speak Mandarin, but with some patience (on both sides) it'll be fine.Not sure if it's just at the busy tire-changing times of year, but they do not take appointment reservations and it's first come first serve. If you call in, they do let you know roughly what the wait time is and will call you back when they're soon to be ready for you so it's quite convenient in that sense.They also have a large supply of used tires with reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

I went to change my tire and was a very good experience, definitely, I'll be back again.

Don't waste time going there. No warranty for tires. Guy who speaks English will witch prices on you when you get there. Tires are old..and have visible cracks on it. For newer tires he wants almost same price as the one you would pay on a brand new tire. You may save 30 bucks but it's not worth having a blowout on the road and putting your life in danger. I am going to Canadian tire to buy a brand new tire.

I just have them replaced 2 tires on my clunker and the tires look very decent (used but 90% tread left). Waited for a while since they were quite busy but I cannot complain about their price and service.

Fast, efficient, resonable price, what else can i say. He fixed this issue in less than 3min. I am sure its 3min because i played one round of clash royale and he already came out with the fixed tire.

I’ve been going to this place for many years now to get my tires changed and has been very satisfied with there service. There prices is more then reasonable compared to other shops. Referred friends too and they all say the same thing. Recently did a full installation of new wheels, tires, TPM and balancing which all went very well.I’ve have ordered brand name tires from Huang with no issues and still working well on my vehicle.What’s nice is you can see his work every time unlike some tire shops whereby it’s all done at the back.They are a family owned business and as a community we should support the small business, if possible.Highly recommend anyone that is considering changing tires.
