Great selection, pricing and customer rapport. Found what I needed efficiently. Very courteous and polite. One of my fave stores in Lindsay.

Good shoe store for a town without many shoe stores. On this particular visit, the only person working at the time wouldn't leave her post at the cash desk to help me find a size, and was pretty rude about it.

Went to buy a pair of sandals on sale. Local Lindsay store didn't have any in stock but other stores had them. Was told no problem to transfer sandals from another store, would take approximately 2 weeks. Took our name and phone # and was told we would be called as soon as they came in. Went back to store 3 weeks later, was told yes they are still on order should be in very soon and we would get a phone call when they came in. Went back two weeks later, still not in but we would get a phone call when they came in. Got a phone call! 6 weeks in....NO STOCK left..big surprise... My issue is, please don't promise something that no one actually does anything about. Not a satisfied customer.

Just called the Tootsies store in Lindsay inquiring about some mens sandals...just wanted to know if there was any in stock my size before I drove in tomorrow to purchase some.The phone was answered by a very rude and ignorant employee...wouldnt give me a direct answer to my questions. All I got was maybe, I guess so...It was 8:52 pm and almost quitting time, I must have been holding her up...Needless to say I wouldn't give that store a nickel of my money ever. B. Mulligan I couldn't post this until I gave the store at least 1 star, It sure wasn't deserved

This was my first time at Tootsies. I am hard to fit but with the help of staff, I was able to find a very comfortable pair of leather boots for a reasonable price. I live an hour drive away but would definitely go back.

Incredible, ladies were very helpful. They listened and helped me choose the right walking and winter footwear I was seeking. Great place, great prices and a wonderful welcoming experience..

I was able to find boots that fit and work with my past foot injuries. This can be hard to find and came here as I have had luck with this store before for footware. Sales staff were friendly and not pushy.

I unfortunately have not had a very good experience with this company. I’m not calling out store but with the e-commerce portion of the company on the whole.There are no Tootsie stores near my location and I ordered 4 pair of shoes and two were described with soft soles and the heels were not so I am unsatisfied. I got both pair of these shoes on sale and they informed me I have to pay to return them to homeoffice!!! I didn’t pay shipping to get them shy should I have to pay to send back. So of the refund I will lose almost 35$ which is outrageous!In todays omni channel shopping world they need to catch up to the times and offer free online refunds because it would allow me to shop more but as is I will no longer shop online

I purchased a pair of “shooties “ for my mom, which were too big. I drove a bit of a distance to return them, and the process couldn’t have been easier! I didn’t even need my credit card! They have a good selection of footwear for the whole family, with great price points to “ boot!” It was worth the drive to Lindsey☺️
