1000 Islands RV Centre

We purchased a 31’ Transcend grand design Xplor travel trailer a couple of weeks ago and from the moment we arrived we received amazing service from everyone we were in contact with. Our sales person Chantalle Lappan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She always had a smile on her face. We would recommend her 100%. Actually all of the staff were friendly and full of smiles. We would recommend anyone looking to purchase a trailer absolutely check them out. Thank you for an easy, smooth and friendly experience.

I walked into the RV centre last Friday asking for some thoughts on an issue I was having with my fifth wheel. The tech was able to give me advice and even show me on a model exactly what I needed to look for! I left feeling much more relaxed! Amazing place with amazing staff !

The sales part of 1000 Islands RV was great 3 years ago when I bought my trailer. The staff in store was great when I went to purchase items; however, when it comes to getting ahold of the service department by phone to get an appointment to repair my trailer, is another story. I keep leaving messages for service to return my call. Right now my trailer is not able to be used until I get certain thi gs repaired. They definitely fail in my books for service.

I am very happy with my purchase, and all staff were very professional, pleasant, and very knowledgable about what they were selling.The staff took time to explain everything and answered all my questions that I had.I would recommend thousand island RV centre to anyone who is interested in either buying a new trailer or trading in their used trailer.Extra thanks to Roger my salesman, to Estelle and to the service technician who walked me through the travel trailer I purchased; (sorry I forgot his name).I will definitely be back, thanks again for everything!Wendy Drew

We have just purchased our first RV from 1000 Islands RV Centre. I had done a lot of online research, but am still new to the RV world. So I was rather nervous about negotiating a deal and being sure that the used unit I was considering was appropriate and fully functional. All the staff at 1000 Island RV Centre were very friendly and helpful. There was no sales pitch or pressure. All our questions were answered and we were certainly given enough time to explore the trailer and decide if it fit our needs and expectations. Once I signed the purchase agreement the Centre arranged for a very thorough orientation and opportunity to confirm that all systems were working. We very much appreciate the attention to details and the friendly service. As we drove way my wife commented “I wonder how one develops a business where all staff are so genuinely friendly and helpful”.

We are new to RVs and went through the process at 1000 Islands RV Centre. Right from the get go the staff were awesome to deal with. Roger in sales looked after us with no feelings we were being pushed into anything. On our second visit we had narrowed down what we were looking for and discussed pros and cons with Roger before settling on a last years model. We really feel we got a great deal and have come away very happy. The process didn't stop there. Paperwork was handled smoothly and efficiently. I apologies to the ladies I am forgetting re: the paperwork as it was so quick and seamless. Service stepped in and on completion of the sales transaction Hunter gave us the time needed to go over the unit and explaining things to us as newbies. There is no pressure on us taking the RV as we need prepare our property. The actually transportation to us they are going to help facilitate and Jason has been easy to deal with on this. With the coupon and discount at the store Scott was great to deal with from a supplies perspective and here very much again there was no pressure on what to get and lots of helpful advice. Estelle has been lovely to deal with as she makes sure we are well looked after. One comes a way feeling that you are not a sale but a good customer and this is very much appreciated. One last apology for not knowing the name of the receptionist who always has a great smile.

Bought our second trailer from 1000 islands and the people and service just keep getting better. Chantelle Lappan made everything go so easy and worked hard for us to get everything we needed. I highly recommend her and the staff here for stress free dealing. Thank you so much Chantelle and staff for everything you all did to make this a joy.
