Dr Robert J Lecker

The receptionist told me she kept trying to call me . i told her i did not receive a call from this office once. So for the heck of it i asked her what number she called she said the number you gave me, again i asked what number did you call? so finally she relayed the number back to me. Told her that is not my number you dialed the wrong number. And she insisted thats the number i gave her. This happened a few months ago. This week the arm on my glasses broke, so i went to get them fixed. She says they have to order the whole frame. She asked for my number and i told her i am not giving it to because i gave it to you last time and you said i gave you the wrong number. I will call you. SO guess what, all of a sudden she is calling me. I went to pick up my new framed glasses which were black and this is the weirdest thing Dr Lecker himself was with another customer and he says have her sit down even though i was just there to pick up my glasses (and from previous experience when i wanted my glasses adjusted they wouldnt give me the time of day even though i asked should i make an appointment to get them adjusted). So i sat and he came right to where i was sitting and was all pleasant and adjusted my glasses and put them on my face and had me sign for them. I knew something was off but didnt know what, then i looked in the mirror and realized they were blue frames not my initial black ones that i had a couple of days ago. So i called them once i realized and the same receptionist says dr lecker ordered them like that and she couldnt do anything about it. Now i feel compelled to tell my experience especially because NO ONE DESERVES THAT TYPE OF TREATMENT. I FEEL HE JUST TOOK A PAIR OF GLASSES OFF HIS DISPLAY AND CHARGED FOR A NEW PAIR OF FRAMES. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...;(

The best Optometrist I have ever been to. They dont make you wait and the service is friendly and professional. Dr Lecker has been in business a long time. The glasses he made me were progressives for working on my computer. I cherish them because the are somehow a little better than any I have had made elsewhere. Good prices too. I highly recommend this guy.

Fast, No wait. Dr. Lecker is professional, great sense of humour and provides detailed responses to my concerns and questions. Front staff are helpful and friendly.

I needed a last minute appointment. I left a message at about 4:15p on a Tuesday, received a call back the Wednesday morning (before 9am) and was able to get in the next day! Both Dr. Lecker and his admin were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone (and actually already have)

Eye exam was extremely thorough, actually the most thorough exam I've ever had. Dr Lecker is the best he explained everything very clearly.Everything was beyond expectations. Highly recommended. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Good optometrist, he gets the job done and is very friendly. The front desk was also helpful. I'll recommend this to anyone who works or lives in the area.

Taking new patients UNLESS your on disability and EIA disability pays for treatment. Was told; yes accepting new clients, yes to direct billing but NO because he is not accepting EIA clients. Apparently we are less then citizens now.

I’ve been seeing Dr Lecker and his father for my optometry needs my whole life and I will never change optometrists. He is kind, and a great optometrist!

Dr.Lecker is the best. Quick and friendly eye exam, good selection of glasses and a very nice and clean office you can’t go wrong!Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful!I highly recommend going there!
