Last week was our 3rd year that Ross was in to do our fireplace service and start-up. The work was done efficiently and clean, our fireplace never looks better. We purchased a wood stove insert for our farmhouse and it’s amazing. The product does not disappoint. Nice large firebox that puts out a lot of heat with a long burn time.Installation was excellent, clean and fast. Great job guys!!If I had one suggestion, it would be that of a follow up call from the sales team, thanking us for the business and to make sure we are happy with the product and service.Note, we are very happy and recommend One.Stop Fireplace Shop as the place to purchase from.

One Stop Fireplace Shop
Moved into a new place that had a gas fireplace which I’ve never used before. The person they sent to service it, Daniel, showed me how to use it and did an incredible job cleaning it up. It looks like a brand new unit. Painted the back part, got rid of all the dust, and made the glass look new. I didn’t take a proper before photo (it was covered in white stuff) but the after photo shows it completed. For the inspection, cleaning, and servicing it was approx $145 including taxes.

Ross serviced my gas fireplace yesterday afternoon. It had not be cleaned with the exception of the glass screen since it’s installation 8 years ago. He did a great job and painstakingly repositioned the logs according to the manufacturer’s diagrams. He also went the extra mile and finessed the artificial embers so that they were highly visible and just sparkled when the gas fireplace was in operation. He also instructed me on the removal of the glass so that I could clean it myself and how to adjust the gas flames to my liking. Overall, I am thrilled with how warm and cosy the “fire” now looks and can’t wait to use it this upcoming winter. So very pleased.

Ross came and serviced our fireplace last year and this year. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable, efficient, tidy and friendly. Very happy with his work and he really helped explain my fireplace to me and how it works and the safety features of it. We opted for a new thermostat which he had readily available in his truck to install. He installed the new thermostat for us and explained to me how to work it. Will definitely hire again when the time comes.

Ross was extremely helpful and took care of all of my needs with my fireplace. He is the most knowledgeable worker I have ever seen and is a great asset to the company. He should be the standard for what others strive to be. 10/10 Would reccomend his services to all of my friends with fireplaces and bbqs.
