Hi5 Video Photography

If I could rate this company a 0, I would. At first, when I phoned to hire them, they sounded very professional. I hired them to live stream my mother's funeral service. I had everything organized and in order and everything to honor my mother was perfect. However when the day arrived, hi5 showed up 40 mins late and missed all the important aspects of the ceremony such as the opening prayer, my speech about my mother, followed by 2 other speeches and the slideshow. He showed up in the middle of another speech. At the end of the service, he approached me and had the audacity to ask me to REPEAT this very difficult and emotional speech so that he could add it in later so that people could tune in and watch later! I thought that was the most insensitive thing to ask a grieving daughter to do. He took NO accountability for coming late and just continued to blame his colleague for not packing his camera on time. After my discussion with him I said I was not going to pay him anything since he missed 40 mins out of a 60 min ceremony, and he said he was going to take the link down. I agreed to have the link taken down, as I was upset enough and did not need this ridiculousness and unprofessional behavior at my mother's funeral. I went outside to be comforted by other family members and when the videographer was leaving, he approached me once again in an effort to publicly embarrass me in front of family members and said It's a funeral but THAT'S OKAY you don't want to pay me anything". That's like adding insult to injury. Absolutely ridiculous victim mentality here. Learn to take some accountability for your unprofessionalism and have some decency at a funeral service. Word of advice

By the end of the day a link was provided for the webcast.The videographer who filmed the service was a consummate professional and did a fantastic job capturing the service without being intrusive.The audio and video quality of the stream was excellent and family members who were watching the live steam in the UK all commented on how immersed they felt watching the service.I can see why the funeral home (Valley View) recommended Hi5 Video. We recently used hi5 to stream the funeral service for my mother, many people overseas India, and United States UK, and other parts of the world were unfortunately unable to attend, but this service was excellent, and it provided them with a link to be able to watch the funeral live and for some if it was a different time zone, they could Tap the link and then watch it the following morning. The girl that was doing the live streaming did a very good job first recording the people that were coming in to pay their respects and then also of the body in the casket and she walked up and down the isles two times I believe throughout the service, and able to get view of all persons having attended very good service provider, and reasonable rate
