Waited for 15 minutes to place order. When the food came, it was cold and looked slapped together. Will avoid this location in the future. Many people saw the line and just left without even ordering. It is a long weekend, they should have had more staff given they are located in an on route.

The scanner to scan the mobile app QR code was placed awkwardly and staff did not help to adjust the scanner and just look at me struggling to get it scanned.And the coffee taste like water....the only thing good about it was....the coffee" was pipping hot so I couldn't taste it before I left the store. I found out when I was taking my 1st sip in the car after 5 mins.Shouldn't all Tim Horton's coffee taste the same as it's franchised?!"

It is sad yo say that these places are made by the Government for convenience of commuters who oay taxes, But the bitter truth is that it is inconvenience to commuters standing in huge linea coz shortage of staff.......lol is a joke not service of convenience.

The food was good the girl that took our order forgot 1lunch item then the girl that was making the wrap impolite when I said I am missing an item she told me it’s not my order complaining that where our these people then she réalise it was my told me to go and order it when we make and error at that moment they are priority and complained again about customer she goes by the order and was snarky with me if I would of been the manager I would had her apologize to the customer and the 2 others that ask

Good clean place and was very very busy but they manage to do a decent job of getting the customers threw in a decent timely manner

I asked for a grilled ranch chicken wrap with no lettuce. Saw them making a crispy chicken wrap with lettuce and I asked if it was mine they said yes I told them I wanted the other chicken so they made me a new one with no tomatoes. Then I told them I wanted it with no lettuce and I wanted the tomato on it. Told me I could just take the lettuce off and put my own tomatoes on it which is unacceptable and argued with me. Horrible costumer service not nice girls and really rude

If pos machine is not working, should have had a sign up saying cash only. Also… Be polite to customers who wait a long time 2x in lineup to make an order. Cashier said casually, there was a sign up, but it was taken down.The coffee was as expected.

Yet another sad, pathetic, drab Tim Hortons. Another Tims' proving they are the slowest 'fast-food' franchise on Earth. Employees moving and thinking at a snail's pace. Coffee that is apparently dark-roast that tastes like bland warm water. Dusty old donuts from last week. Total waste of time and money.
