5 stars for Matthew. I don't know this guy. Went to buy something for my wife's work, thought that I knew what to buy turns out I was wrong. Luckily when I asked Matthew to show me where to get it, he actually asked me questions learning my needs and pointed out the one I intended to buy would not work. Not just he patiently explained to me for the different alternatives but he also patiently helped me to locate the items. Due to past bad experience like everybody has usually, I called my friend to confirm what he told me and he was totally right. Matthew also patiently waited for me with the merchandise he found for me when I had to go back to my car to grab my son before checkout too. On the contrary, the Chinese guy at the cashier is terrible. He didn't want to take me at checkout and find he had no choice since the other female cashier was busy at the moment. Cashiers never ever asked me about my membership. Then quickly checked me out and refused to use my points. He wanted to shovel me away as quick as he can while there's no lineup at all.

Still obvious that it's a new store, the shelves are a little too bare with lots of room in the retail space to be filled. Interesting smart home display, I'm exited to see what they can do with rest of the space.

Huge shout out to Ming and Josh, they handled my problem immediately, did some tests that I couldn't do because I didn't have the equipment, and resolved the issue quickly. Really appreciate the good service. Thank you so much!

Sam is the best!It was our first time visiting this shop.My dad was looking for an affordable gaming laptop and Dad and I didn’t really know which one should go for and We also went to Best buy and Staples as well, but we didn’t really get help from them but here was different.Sam is an expert. It was a rough start earlier when they just openned up the location with a lot of empty space and slim stock but now there's a decent selection in stock and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. In particular just dealt with the service department and was very happy with my experience and how helpful the employee was.

Massive store,Great selection of hardware although I did feel that the items In the store were too far apart.Very limited motherboard and power supply choices. Would definitely return here for hardware in the future

I’ve shopped at CC for maybe 15+ years and have been consistently pleased with the service. Staff know their stuff. Unlike a couple of other big name chains, the selection of parts for anyone seeking to custom build or fix a PC is second to none. Happy to recommend.

I've been going to the college st location for over 25 years. I don't even bother looking anywhere else. First time I was at north york. I think it is the biggest? Their online inventory was not accurate, so I drove for nothing. Ordered it online in the end.
