It wasn't a busy time when I came here. No one in front and no one behind.I ordered two coffee drinks with oat milk and proceeded to pay. After I paid, they then told me that they don't have oat milk and offered almond milk. That's all fine, but it would've been nice to be told that before I paid.Next I wait a minute or two at the window, but then was asked to wait by the loading bay for my drinks. I drive into the loading bay area and wait. I'm thinking that it shouldn't take too long especially since they aren't busy to begin with. As 10 minutes go by, I see car after car drive off from the store and none of them needed to wait, but there was still no sign of any worker and the drinks I ordered.At this point I was getting frustrated having been told to wait while other people were being served quickly. So I go inside the store and ask for my drinks. There were 6 to 8 workers inside, yet half of them seemed to be standing around not doing much. Surely one of these workers must've been handling my order. When I asked, they sounded confused and started asking their colleagues, but they also seemed confused. They forgot.When I finally received my drinks, there was a dried up spill mark on the cup and it was only 70% filled.The quality of service coming out of this store based on my experience today was horrendous. Maybe it's a one off, but how does a store have 6-8 workers and half of them not doing much, to then proceed to tell a customer to wait by the loading bay only to not show up, and completely forget two very simple drinks that wasn't correct to begin with, as other customers drive by satisfied.I'd like to think it's a one off, but the managers and workers needs to make sure that orders are being handled properly. Based on today, they deserved one stars.

The always some how forget to add something to my order, like one time I ordered a sausage egg English muffin and the forgot the sausage, it’s not rocket science and the fact that this stuff has happened multiple times

Very small location with limited selection. Service is very bad, terrible if you walk in. They will serve 10+ cars before they serve you the food you've already ordered while you stand there. Multiple staff are very grumpy regularly and if they do something wrong about your order and you take it back or let them know they act like you're a jerk for it

Though service was fast and friendly, this has to be the most poorly stocked Tim Hortons I've been to. It's a tiny shop and only had one display case of stuff. The donut i had tasted old, and was not on par with the quality I'm used to getting at Timmies.

I went here twice (not drive thru) and the staff were friendly and kind. When I first visited, I asked for a knife for bread. On my second visit, he remembered that I asked for a knife, and gave me a knife without my request. The staff were thoughtful.

This location is very small. The staff are friendly enough but that doesn't make up for never getting my order right. Limited menu.... here I like my fruit explosion muffin with coffee but they don't carry them here. Also hard to get into but even harder to get out of right turn only when leaving.

Walk in service was bad enough that I went in, waited, and simply walked out. Seems similar of other reviews.Brief eye contact with a number of employees before they quickly looked away. No offerings of hello, be right with you etc.The drive thru was quite busy, it seems they focus more here. Which is fine, but I chose to walk my stroller and daughter here from 15 minutes away with the understanding that you can walk in and purchase.In a world replacing everything with AI, I dearly value service. Did not get that today.

There is a Filipina lady working there who really needs to be trained and has a very bad attitude with the staff and customers. Shopping there is really a waste of time, for example a coffee takes more than 10-15 minutes. Most of their workers are in some He doesn't really behave properly from the shifts.

They always started to prepare deliveries when you walked in but they did not know it already took us 10 to 12 min to get there. Also I was informed I needed to be careful about their drinks. To be honest about after 15 min of wait time, I just wanted to hear think you for waiting and have a good day.
