I feel like i'm hanging out with my buddies when I go here. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The Friday or Saturday night Karaoke is a real hoot and the live music on the outdoor terrace is always entertaining.

Place is falling apart, but a great spot to drop in on when boating on Riviere Des Prairies! Beer is also cheap, bring cash!! No credit or debit accepted. :)

Location is decrepit, and building exterior looks like it's about to collapse, but interior ambiance is unique and interesting. Staff attitude and pleasantness is wildcard, with some friendly and some not so much. Cleanliness is okay, nothing to write home about. Marina is well located, individual dock spots are small though.

Tried to speak to the barmaid, Pascal, that it wasn't even closing time and she wouldn't even let me speak to explain that I WANTED to pay for my drinks that I had already ordered for my table and also wanted to pay for more drinks (and pay more tip) but sadly she didn't want to hear me out or listen to what I was saying. I also wanted to maybe have a birthday there with lots of guests and lots of alcohol being paid out but she was too arrogant that she said don't even have that birthday here and also you can have your drinks on the house". So

Looks like it is closed and will be converted to a park, this awesome news for the neighborhood. The Marina was on it's last legs. Time for something else.
