They replaced an old, cracked pipe and went above and beyond assisting to choose and install a new toilet as well. Their contact, service, and pricing are first-rate. I would never use Plumber on Demand. They have refused to return a $2,200 deposit I made two weeks ago despite several requests. On March 31st they quoted me $4500 for a water tank replacement. I made a deposit. They subsequently doubled the quote at which point I cancelled the contract. I have asked for my deposit back several times and there has been no response whatsoever. Reliant subsequently replaced the tank at a much lower cost than Plumber of Demand’s first quote. I now have to sue them to get my money back. What kind of business is this?

I can't thank this company enough! After getting an extremely overpriced quote on a water heater replacement, we called Plumber On Demand for a second opinion. Not only did they come right away, but we were also told that the water heater was fine and didn't need to be replaced. It was an easy fix with the earthquake valve. It is so refreshing to have an honest plumber!! I highly recommend Plumber On Demand and will be using them for all our future plumbing needs!!

I always use Plumber On Demand for small repairs to larger issues such as replacing a water heater. They have been timely, fair, and courteous. I have appreciated how well they keep in touch, letting me know when they are running late from another appointment. It is also very reassuring it is to have the same person handling the phones and dispatch and not continually do something different. I have worked with three of their guys. All very helpful and offer options to save money, such as contacting the manufacturer about warranties rather than just ordering parts through them. They are just outstanding. I would recommend them.
