The cares are not consistent. My Mother constantly does not get the proper care ( such as, clean up, dress properly, put in the wheelchair properly etc), I was told that my mother has to used to this kind care.I am also told that when I am at Bruyere LTC site, I should be the one to take care my Mother, Bruyere won't provide any care. Bruyere LTC already receive extra fundings from the Government to increase the hours of personal care. I don't understand why residents still cannot receive the proper care regulated by the Government, and depends on family members to care for the residents.

Someone very near & dear to me is in there as a patient and the staff have been absolutely wonderful with her & me throughout this time. I haven't been able to see her, but she gets all my calls, gifts and messages. Many thanks and prayers to all the wonderful staff there.
