Due to some personal circumstances, we needed our rings earlier than expected and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure we get it on time. TJ was an absolute SWEETHEART and went above and beyond our expectations, as well as her partner and husband, she was so easy going and made such a stressful time more tolerable. Regardless of the fact that the rings were gorgeous, the customer experience here was exceptional. Me and my husband are totally obsessed over our rings! So happy that I chose TFJ for my custom engagement ring. TJ and her team were able to take our photoshop pictures and Pinterest inspirations and create exactly what we had imagined the ring would look like. We were not very experienced in terms of jewelry/ring knowledge but we had a brief interaction at her shop where she gave us lots of information and listened to our jumbled ideas and thoughts but somehow knew exactly what we wanted! We emailed more ideas back and forth and TJ was able to make everything come to life, including the very specific colour of gem stone I wanted. The process was easy, customer service was excellent and the price was very affordable. They also have an appraiser who is able to provide a certificate of value if needed. Overall, highly recommend for all jewelry and custom needs.
