Our family was so happy to find Qualicare Home Care (Windsor) when my mother needed assistance and their care continues to be exceptional. My mom truly enjoys her care giver Shelaghs’ visits, even to get groceries or go to appointments. Qualicare has made a huge difference in my mom’s ability to live independently in her home, given her a friendly companion, more positive outlook, wellbeing and peace of mind that help is always there for her. My mother has been using the services of Qualicare for the past 17 months. The staff are wonderful and my mother has developed a special bond with Shelagh.Since my mother now lives alone with primary family living a few hours away, we are very happy she is able to arrange her medical appointments and shopping trips with the Elderly Companionship, Transportation & Emotional Care service in Windsor.My mother is still pretty active for 87 and having this service is giving her the confidence to remain in her home, supported by immediate family, extended family and friends as well as the staff at Qualicare.I feel very lucky to have this service in Windsor and know that Mom is able to get out to appointments and outings without the stress and worry.Thank you Qualicare
