Village Laundromat

Nice to have a laundromat near the National Park. As others note, the machines are a bit small and old, but they worked fine. Several bars and cafes on walking distance making killing time for the load to finish pretty painless. The building the machines are in is hidden behind the general store, but you can asked there for directions.

The hours are okay and at least there's a place to wash your stuff nearish to FNP. The original directions took me to a narrow, back lane. I have now corrected it but it's in the same parking lot as the General Store and Gas Station.The washers and dryers are clearly quite old, worn, and for a laundromat, the drums are small. I was only able to just barely fit in a lightweight, summer sleeping bag but since it took the whole drum, it didn't have much room to agitate to clean it properly. I found the prices too high for the size of the loads you can do and the age of the machines. $3/wash and $3/dry (45 mins). You can buy a small box of detergent (regular powdered Tide) for a single wash at the General Store nearby for $1.

Moved inside a garage behind the general store. Washing takes about 30 mins, and 45 mins for drying. You need 6 1$ coins for the whole thing. You can get change from the store.
